基于TSpaces分布式并行计算环境的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算要求的不断提高,分布式计算发展方兴未艾。消息传递方式是广泛应用于一些并行机,特别是分布式存储并行机的一种模式。传统的基于消息传递的分布式计算,例如MPI(Message Passing Interface)、PVM(Parallel Virtual Machine),由于其抽象层次较低,并未将程序员从低层的并行实现策略中解脱出来。 论文以实际需求为出发,首先介绍了分布式计算的应用模型,然后在深入分析TSpaces技术的基础上,详细介绍了基于TSpaces分布式并行计算环境的构架和并行库的设计过程,给出了实现上的一些技术难点。 论文最后为了验证所构建的基于TSpaces分布式并行计算环境和并行库的可用性与有效性,以“哈德码变换解32元线性方程组”为例,给出了并行算法,编写了对应的并行程序,给出了实际运行结果,并对结果做了对比分析,结果表明,论文所实现的分布式并行计算环境不仅能够满足用户在性能上的要求,而且更易于使用。
【Abstract】 With the enhanceing demand to the performance of computer, distributed computing is developing rapidly. The method of message passing is widely used in some parallel computers, especially in distributed memory parallel computers. The traditional distributed computing based on message passing.such as MPI (Message Passing Interface) and PVM (Parallel Virtual Machine), because of its abstract level lower, it will not achieve the programmer from the lower parallel strategy freed.The paper firstly introduces distributed computing models. And then illustrates the structure of the distributed parallel computing environment based on TSpaces and the designing of parallel communication library.Some key technique in the development of the distributed parallel computing environment based on TSpaces are also presented.At the end of the paper,in order to analyze the usability and validity of the distributed parallel computing enviroment we desiged, We choose the problem of "Hardamard equation in 32 unknowns resolved in enumerate method" as an instance to test it, We develop its parallel program using parallel communication library we designed.The experimental result are given. The results showed that the distributed parallel computing environment is not only achieved the capabilities to meet user requirements, but also easy to use.
