基于虚拟仪器和WLAN技术的铁路信号车载记录分析系统

【摘要】 铁路信号是保证行车安全的重要行车设备。随着铁路运输向重载、高速、高密度行车的方向发展,铁路信号在铁路运输中发挥着关键性作用,对铁路信号设备运行状态监测的需求也随之日益强烈。各路局以及铁路行业的相关单位都相继研发了自己的铁路信号测试系统,本文就利用新兴的虚拟仪器和无线局域网技术开发车载铁路信号记录分析系统,搭建和研制该系统做了以下工作:1)通过比较国内铁路信号记录分析系统的相关项目,指出目前已存在系统的不足,提出完善系统的功能和技术指标;2)分析了系统的功能需求和开发需求,设计出系统的功能模块以及可动态配置的系统方案;3)根据系统功能,利用新兴的虚拟仪器和无线局域网技术搭建系统的组成,选择系统硬件开发的模块和具体实现;4)基于PXI硬件系统,重点详细介绍了功能实现的LabVIEW及其多个软件模块的开发,解决了多路数据采集和无线局域网数据传输的问题;5)针对系统试验过程中出现的一些问题,提出了基于NI cRIO硬件系统和LabVIEW FPGA模块开发相同功能系统的另一种考虑和可行方案;6)对以后铁路信号记录分析系统的发展趋势进行展望。

【Abstract】 Railway signal is vital equipment for the train safety. Along with development trend to the heavy load, high speed and high density in the railway transportation, the railway signal is playing a crucial role in the railway transportation. The demand of monitoring the railway signal running status is also intense. So many organization which is railway related has developed their own railway signal test systems. This paper focuses on the research of how to build up a railway signal recording and analysis system with the emerging virtual instrument and WLAN technology. Follows are the work that has been done:1) This paper points out some disadvantage and shortage of the existing systems after comparison, and establishes the design target of the new system with consummation system function and the technical specification.2) After analyzing the function demand and exploitation demand of the system, this paper designs the functional module of the system as well as the flexible system configuration.3) According the function of the system, the system is build up based on the emerging virtual instrument and WLAN technology, also including selection of system hardware modules and concrete realization.4) Based on PXI hardware system, this paper emphasizes on introducing Function realization with the development of LabVIEW and its modules.5) This paper points out some solution to the problems that produced after the use of the system, and then proposes another development consideration and feasible plan of the same functional system based on NI cRIO system and LabVIEW FPGA module.6) This paper forecasts the development tendency of the railway signal recording and analysis system in future.
