区域供冷水系统节能运行研究

【摘要】 我国区域供冷系统节能运行研究起步较晚,还停留在借鉴国外经验的阶段,在设计和运行中也出现了不少问题。由于末端用户的复杂性和多样性,使得变水量技术已成为正常的需求。本文在国内外对区域供冷系统的变水量技术研究的基础上,通过对上海某机场区域供冷系统的实测和实例计算,对变水量系统的节能运行进行了深入探讨。 本文主要从以下四个方面对区域供冷空调变水量系统进行深入分析:1.以上海某机场空调水系统为例,分析空调水系统水力失调现象的原因,系统水力平衡后有效的提高了其供冷能力和供冷质量;2.结合对平衡阀的原理和使用分析,提出不同类型平衡阀的使用建议。对于定水量系统而言,静态平衡阀可以满足要求。对于变水量系统,静态平衡阀、自动流量平衡阀和压差控制阀控制的对象不同,起到的作用也不同;3.对变水量系统管网变化特性进行了分析,指出:压差控制系统部分负荷下末端用户一般处于过流状态;末端定压系统部分负荷下末端用户的状态与负荷分布区域有关,关闭用户的上游用户处于欠流状态,下游用户处于设计工况;一次泵系统的管网特性在中高负荷下变化不明显,可视为一常数;4.对变水量系统并联水泵运行的最佳匹配方式进行了研究,指出:多台变速泵并联与“一定多变”的运行方式相比,较高和较低负荷时优势不明显,中高负荷时节能效果好。
【Abstract】 District cooling system is adopted more and more because of the complexity and variety of the terminal users. In order to meet the complicate demand of the system, VWV system is brought from abroad. But the design of VWV system is based on the experience and materials of foreign countries. There are many problems in the design and actual operation. The paper discusses the efficient operation of VWV system, based on the investigation of an air conditioning system of an airport in Shanghai and calculation, analysis of some examples.The paper analyzes VWV system from four aspects, as follows: 1. analyzes the hydraulic imbalance based on the investigation of an air conditioning system of an airport in Shanghai. The indoor temperature of some hot region can be reduced by 1-2 ℃ after regulating. 2.analyzes and summaries the principles, right setting of the balancing valves, static balancing valve can meet the demand of CWVsystem; while in the VWVsystem, it is neccessary to install static balancing valve, auto-flow balancing valve, differential pressure balancing valve rightly, according to their different functions. 3.researches the dynamic characteristics of pipe network. Terminal users usually operate under overflow in the pressure-control system. But for the terminal pressure-control system, the operating condition depends on the distribution of the users in operation, the down-stream users usually operate under design condition, the upper-stream users’ flow is less than the design one. For the primary pump system, pipe network resistance factor S is constant under higher load operation. 4.discusses the efficient operation methods of parallel pump. For a system, it is better to adopt the operation method that several pumps with VFD are paralleled than the one that one constant speed parallel with several pumps with VFD, when most users of the system operates.
