基于PROFIBUS-DP网络控制系统建模与分析

【摘要】 网络化控制系统的研究是自动化领域中的一个新课题。课题来源于国家863项目(2004AA304050)。 本文在深入研究PROFIBUS-DP通信协议基础上,详细分析了它的工作机理。本文尝试运用线性系统理论建立PROFIBUS-DP等时同步模式数学模型,证明可以作为理想的离散数学系统处理。而且使用MATLAB工具箱TRUETIME对等时同步模式数学模型进行仿真验证。 本文运用随机过程建立基于PROFIBUS-DP周期和非周期通信的数学模型,分析误码率和非周期通信对系统循环时间(采样时间)影响。误码率和非周期通信将不同程度延长系统循环时间。如果将令牌轮转时间设定的足够长,系统循环时间将趋向于稳定。 使用西门子S7-300PLC和IFIX3.0组态软件,开发了基于PROFIBUS-DP总线的“聚酯生产工艺控制系统”。 在掌握PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的基础上,使用SPC3协议芯片开发了PROFIBUS-DP硬件接口电路,根据SPC3提供的接口功能开发了通信程序,研制了一种PROFIBUS-DP智能从站。

【Abstract】 The research on network control systems has becomed a new issue in the field of automation. The subject roots in the national 863 project (2004AA304050).This paper deeply make research to the specification of PROFIBUS-DP, and make a detailedly analysis of its theory. This paper tries to found the model of network control system based on the PROFIBUS-DP ISOCHRONE SYNCHRONIZATION mode with the linear system theory, and proves the ISOCHRONE SYNCHRONIZATION mode is an ideal disperse control system. Furthermore, this paper analyzes and validates the ISOCHRONE SYNCHRONIZATION model with MATLAB tools named TRUETIME.This paper founds the periodic and aperiodic commission model based PROFIBUS-DP with Stochastic process, and analyzes that the error bit rate and aperiodic commission impact the system cycle time (sampling time). The error bit rate and aperiodic commission may delay the system cycle time differently. If the Token-ring cycle time is determined enough, the system cycle tends to stabilization.This paper develops the "the manufacture control system of polyester" based on PROFIBUS-DP bus with the S7-300 PLC and configuration Software IFIX3. 0.This paper develops the interface hardware of PROFIBUS-DP with the SPC3 chip, and according to the interface offered by SPC3, compiles the programs of communication, designs a kind of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave interface.
