焊接过程通用控制器的研制

【摘要】 本文在总结大多数自动焊控制要求的基础之上,提出了能满足多数自动焊接设备的通用控制器的概念,研制了以高速嵌入式AVR单片机ATmega128为核心的自动焊通用控制器硬件系统,在同一硬件上,可以通过软件程序的改变满足不同自动焊接设备的控制要求。 充分考虑了通用性和各种抗干扰措施,分模块设计了系统的控制电路。规范控制模块可以实现3组规范的切换控制;多参数调整和显示模块只用5个LED和4个按钮即可以显示和调整多达18个参数;电机控制模块能控制步进电机、伺服电机以及它们的配合行走;控制电路还包括位置输入模块、A/D转换模块、通信模块、外部器件控制模块等;考虑各种抗干扰措施制作了PCB板,采用CVAVR编译器编写了各个模块的控制程序,并对电路板的各个功能模块进行了测试,证明控制器运行稳定。该控制器可以实现的控制类型有:恒值控制,伺服电机和步进电机的运动轨迹控制,焊接过程的程序控制等。 系统在散热器焊接专机控制器的应用中,能实现多个电机的同时控制,由步进电机带动的焊接摆动器可以根据熔深和熔宽的需要加中间停留和两端停留时间,摆动速度和宽度可以调节,摆动器摆动精度高,性能稳定;所有焊接过程的程序控制、焊接工艺参数的调整设定等全部实现了数字化。在整个程序设计上主要采用了条件控制和中断的形式,可以很好的保证多个元器件的动作关系。运行结果表明,焊接过程通用控制器达到设计要求。
【Abstract】 Various requirements of most of the automatic welding equipments have been summed up and the conception of general controller has been put forward in this paper. A welding process general controller has been designed and developed based on the high-speed imbeded AVR microcomputer ATmega128. In the same controller, different control requirements of different automatic welding equipments can be met by using different programs.Universality and kinds of anti-interference measures were considered when designing the control circuit in modules. 3 set of conditions are able to change by using the welding conditions control module. The welding variables adjusting and displaying control module only has 5 light emitting diodes and 4 keys, but as many as 18 variables can be adjusted and displayed. Servo-motors and stepper motors and their cooperation motion were controlled by the electric motor control module.The modules also include position signal control, A/D conversion control, communication control and output signal control.The PCB board and its software design has been accomplished with prote199se and CVAVR. Every module has been tested by different program.It approves that the controller runs stably and well. Three types of control can be realized in the controller. They are constant value control, servo-motor and stepper motor motion trace control and welding process working procedure control.Several motors can be controlled at the same time by the general controller when it is used as the radiator special welding machine controller. Thereinto the wig-wag is drived by the step motor. Time stay in the middle and the ends as well as the jigging motion speed and width of the wig-wag can be adjusted by the general controller. The wig-wag waggles accurately and stably. The welding procedure control and the welding variables adjustment all have been digitized. The program was mainly composed of condition sentences and interruption form to fit for the movement relations of many devices. Now the controller runs well ,which shows that the design requirements have been achieved.
