【摘要】 外商直接投资与国际贸易之间存在着密切的关系。本文采取理论分析与实证研究相结合的研究方法，首先对FDI和国际贸易的关系进行理论综述，然后以详尽的经济贸易数据，运用计量经济学方法，论证了FDI对广东对外贸易的影响。这种影响主要表现在以下几个方面：一、促进了广东进出口贸易规模的增长；二、改善了广东的对外贸易商品结构；三、引起了广东对外贸易方式的变化：由一般贸易方式为主转变为以加工贸易方式为主；四、影响广东对外贸易地区分布：使广东的对外贸易主要集中于美国、欧盟、日本、新加坡、香港、澳门和台湾；五、影响广东外贸竞争力。经过充分的分析，本文的结论是：FDI对广东初级品外贸竞争力的提高存在负面影响，而对制成品外贸竞争力的提高存在正面影响。为了更深入地了解FDI对广东工业制成品外贸竞争力的影响，本文还从FDI与劳动密集型产品外贸竞争力的关系、FDI与资本技术密集型产品外贸竞争力的关系两个方面进行了研究，认为FDI对资本技术密集型产品竞争力的提高有正面影响，而对劳动密集型产品竞争力的提高存在负面影响。最后针对现阶段FDI在促进广东外贸发展的过程中存在的问题给出了相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 FDI and International Trade have close relationship with each other. In research methodology the theoretic analysis and case-study are both used, first to sum up the theory about relationship between FDI and International Trade, then to examine the relationship between FDI and Guangdong’s International Trade with the method of empirical analysis with elaborate data. Firstly, it has the growth effect to the total amount of foreign trade; Secondly, it optimizes the structure of foreign trade commodities of Guangdong; Secondly, it changes Guangdong’s main trade way---the processing trade is becoming main trade way; Fourthly, it impacts the Guangdong’s foreign trade district structure; Fifthly, the article analyzes the effect of FDI on the competitiveness of Guangdong’s export products, the conclusion is that FDI has negative effect on competitiveness of primary products, however, it can improve our competitiveness of finshed products. The article also analyzes the relationship between FDI and export competitiveness of labor-intensive products/capital-intensive products and technology-intensive products in order to have in-depth comprehension on how FDI influences export competitiveness of finished products, it’s found that FDI can improve the competitiveness of technology-intensive products and capital-intensive products, but it has negative effect on the competitiveness of labor-intensive products. On the basis of these previous demonstrational analysis, finally the article provides related suggestions and development strategies in order to boost up the positive influence of FDI on foreign trade.更多还原
