【摘要】 在我国政治经济体制改革日益深化的今天，人民代表大会和人民政协会议对我国未来建设和发展起着举足轻重的作用，“两会”决定着我国未来改革和社会发展的方向。因此可以说“两会”乃国运之所系也，“两会”的召开是我国政治生活中的头等大事。《南方日报》作为华南地区主流政经媒体，拥有以行政人员、商人和专业人士为主体的读者群，以其不可替代的权威性和公信力，成为广东唯一主打高端读者群的高品位大报，在国内各大党报中占据着领先地位。从2003年开始，该报的“两会”报道在“高度决定影响力”的办报口号指引下，年年出彩，形成了自己的鲜明特色。不仅得到了业界的普遍称赞，而且对“两会”中的群体决策的正确形成及有效实施都具有重要的促进作用。同时，也是建构“两会”中公民民主参与平台的不可缺少的信息载体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowdays, the reforms of the political and economical systems are increasingly deepened. National Pepole’s Congress (NPC) and National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) have rise prominent function to the future instruction and development of our country. They decide the direction of the future reforms and development. Therefore we can say that they have the important association of our domestic affairs. The convoking of those meetings is the first-class important event of our political issues. Nanfang daily as the main current political and economical medium of south China owns the readers which are centered with Administrative personnel, businessmen and professional, and has became the unique highly qualified newspaper which aims at the high tasty cluster in Guangdong. It also occupies the leading position in domestic part organ for the unsubstituted authority and public accreditation. Their reports of the meetings have formed the own characteristics since 2003 by the guiding of the running slogan altitude decides force. The reports not only won the all-pervading praise of the press circle, but also greatly promote the leditimacy forming and availability of the community decision-making. Besides, it is the indispensable information carrier for the construction of public democracy participating platform of NPC and CPPCC.更多还原
