【摘要】 龙舟竞渡是我国民族传统体育活动中一项积娱乐性，竞技性于一体的水上运动项目。作为中华民族传统的节日活动，几千年来一直为广大群众所喜爱，至今还在我国十五个省区内流行。近世，不少学者对这一民俗现象进行了研讨，并取得了丰硕成果。 本文选题在地域上选择了岭南，旨在对岭南这一地区龙舟竞渡作一系统论述。首先，在岭南龙舟竞渡的渊源方面，探讨岭南龙舟竞渡的来历以及岭南龙舟竞渡的发展历程。其次，在传统的龙舟竞渡方面，对岭南龙舟的构造、种类、人员配制以及竞渡的日期及地理分布、竞渡的方式、竞渡的组织与经费筹集、禁渡等作一研究。再次，对于岭南龙舟文化的构成，则重点研究龙舟运动前后的礼仪以及具有特色的岭南龙舟艺术．．最后，在龙舟竞渡的转型方面，探讨岭南龙舟竞渡是如何由传统向现代转型的以及龙舟竞渡的前景。 研究岭南龙舟竞渡有其历史意义和现实意义，它有利于培养岭南人的团结协作精神；有利于我们了解岭南历史文化，弘扬民族文化，振奋民族精神，继承和发扬屈原的爱国精神；有利于我们开发岭南旅游资源，搞活岭南经济；有利于带动和促进以龙舟文化为核心的多种文化的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dragonboat race is a game for borth relaxion and competition among the Chinese traditional sports. As a festival activitiy, it has been popular for thousands years, and is widespread in 15 provinces or districts in china. Now, many scholars made great achievenent in the relative studies on the folk subject since morden time.I choose the south of the Five-ridges as my researching scope in order that I can make a comprehensive research on dragonboat race of the Five-ridges. Fistly, in the side of origin of dragonboat race og the Five-ridges, I want to probe into its background and development. Secondly, in the aspect of traditional dragonboat race, I want to do a research on the structure of dragonboat, the types of the dragonboat, the manning of the dragonboat, and the time of the race and its distribution of geography, the way of race, the organization of race and the collecting of money, the forbiddening of race and so on, Thirdly, in the constitution of dragonboat cultute, I am going to make a study of its etiquette and art. Finally, in the chagement of dragonboat race, I meant to analyse how it chaged from tradition to mordon and its future.There are historical and realistic meaning in the research of the dragonboat race of the Five-ridges. It is advantageous to bring up united spirit, to undestand the historical culture of the south of Five -ridges, to enhance national culture, to stimulate national spirit, to inherit and develop QuYuan’s patriotic spirit, It is beneficial to develop the touring resources, to provoke economy of south of the Five-ridges. and it can promote many culture’s formation about dragonboat.更多还原
