【摘要】 库存协调是提高供应链效率的关键因素之一，库存协调的目的就是通过各种方法使链中各节点企业减少冲突及内耗，更好地分工合作，减少链中各个成员及供应链整体的库存水平，发挥供应链的整体优势以获取最大利益。 本文首先从供应链管理的提出背景出发，详细说明了本文的研究意义以及研究内容。然后对供应链库存协调理论进行了系统的综述，分析了供应链库存协调的研究现状以及所面临的问题，并在此基础上，提出解决这些问题的基本协调方法。最后，本文针对供应链中的几种典型的库存协调策略：数量折扣策略、供应商管理库存以及构建供应链战略伙伴关系进行了具体分析，分别阐述了它们作为供应链库存协调策略的基本思想、成因、优缺点以及适用的情形等，通过对这几种策略的研究，得出了一些有益的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the environment of the supply chain management, the inventory coordination is a important factor. The aim of the inventory coordination is avoid of conflicts among the supply chain partners and reduce the inventory exists in the whole inventory, and gain the most profits.First of all, this dissertation recommends the background of the supply chain management , and in the following explains the content and the significance of this dissertation. Then recommends relevant theories on the inventory coordination in the mode of SCM and analyzes the present situations and existing problems of the inventory coordination in the mode of SCM both at home and abroad. Then, aims at the existing problem of supply chain inventory coordination, this dissertation proposes several basic solutions. Finally, the dissertation recommends three typicalinventory coordination methods in detail——quantity discount, Vendor-ManagedInventory and supply chain coordination based on partnership, including their basic ideas, reasons, the virtues and defects and point out very method suits to different supply chain. On the basic of studying these methods, the dissertation arrives at some useful conclusions.更多还原
