酒店房间的空气质量与系统节能研究

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,人们对自身周围生活环境的要求越来越高。尤其是20世纪最后几十年,能源储备越来越少,节能工作受到广泛重视。人们一方面想更舒适,另一方面节能要求却限制了很多改善室内空气质量的手段。这就要求我们深入研究室内环境的各个影响因素,抓住重点,才能既节能又环保。本文对某酒店进行了为期一年的耗能监测,在掌握了大量第一手资料的基础上,分析了各部分能耗量,讨论了酒店节能的途径和方法。同时,针对业界人士提出的客房应保持负压,以避免传染性疾病病毒由客房向走廊传播,从而扩大传染面的可能。本文通过现场实验,检测了客房内二氧化碳浓度与门的启闭的关系,并验证了模拟的准确性。进而,研究了新风量的大小对房间内二氧化碳浓度、关闭门内外的压力的影响,同时,也研究了风机盘管的出口静压对房间内二氧化碳分布以及门内外压力的影响。研究结果表明:只要合理的组织送排风,门的缝隙只会增加门内外的压差,对气流流动的影响不大,不会影响新风的送入和室内二氧化碳的分布;在保证人们身体健康的基础上,新风量的大小对室内二氧化碳的分布影响不大;风机盘管出口的压力对门内外压差和二氧化碳的浓度分布影响不大,可以忽略。文章最后对设计者和使用者提出了建议。

【Abstract】 With the economic development, people’s requirement to the living environment is more and more high. After the last decades of 20th century, the storage of energy sources has becoming less and less. And more and more people begin to pay attention to energy saving. People want to living more comfortable, but in another hand, the policy of saving energy limits many ways which can improve the indoor air quality. To solve this problem, we should spend more time researching every factor, which could affect the indoor environment, and master the emphases of it. If we could do these, we can both save energy and protect environment.For this paper, the consuming of energy has been tested in a hotel for one year。Based on energy used has been analyzed. The ways and methods to save energy for hotel have been discussed. In order to avoid infectivity virus diffusing from guest room to aisle, and the possibility of enlarging area infected by virus, some people think that guest room should keep negative pressure. Then, the study for relationship of concentration of carbon dioxide in the guest room and the door for opening or closing have been done. Further more, the affection of fresh air quantity to the concentration of carbon dioxide in the room and the pressure between both sides of the closed door have also been studied. The affection by pressure from fan coil to the concentration of carbon dioxide between room and washing room are also studied.Then, a conclusion has been made that if the air supply and exhaust is well organized, the gap of door could only increase the pressure, and influence IAQ less in room. Of course, it must ensure that it has no danger to healthy first. The pressure from fan coil has little infection to IAQ and pressure between room and washing room.At last, some advices about amount of fresh air have been taken to designers and machine runners.
