CRC与钢筋粘结锚固性能的试验研究及CRC构件受力探讨

【摘要】 橡胶集料混凝土(Crumb Rubber Concrete缩写为CRC)是由废弃橡胶轮胎等废弃橡胶磨碎而成的橡胶颗粒作为混凝土材料成分的一种新型节能环保混凝土材料,具有低弹模、大变形、高阻尼、能量耗散多以及很好的抗裂性等优点。目前国内外对橡胶集料混凝土的研究不断增多。由于其具有结构应用上的潜在的延性和变形等优势,为使橡胶集料混凝土在土木结构工程领域得到推广应用,橡胶集料混凝土与钢筋可靠的粘结锚固性能是橡胶集料混凝土配筋结构安全性的重要保证和先决条件。为解决橡胶集料混凝土与钢筋的粘结锚固问题,本文首次开展了橡胶集料混凝土与钢筋的粘结锚固性能的试验研究。通过对80个拉拔试件的研究,探讨了橡胶颗粒掺量、混凝土强度、钢筋外形和钢筋直径对于粘结锚固性能的影响,并与普通混凝土进行对比分析。通过试验统计回归得出了变形钢筋在橡胶集料混凝土中粘结锚固强度和滑移的计算公式。较深入的分析了橡胶集料混凝土与钢筋粘结锚固的受力特点和破坏形态,并从受力机理上进行了探讨。最后得出了工程应用需要的锚固长度设计值。本文还率先开展了橡胶集料混凝土的结构应用探讨,初步分析了橡胶集料结构构件的承载力和结构的抗震性能。结果表明,橡胶集料混凝土配筋细长柱的承载力有所降低,配筋梁,配筋短柱和配筋剪力墙正截面抗弯承载力与普通混凝土相当。并且,橡胶集料混凝土配筋剪力墙的抗震性能有所提高,水平地震剪力比相同情况下的普通混凝土剪力墙消减约30%。
【Abstract】 Crumb Rubber Concrete (CRC) is a new kind of energy-saving and environmental-protection building material with crumb rubber as a constituent from discarded tires. It shows a characteristic of being high in ductility, energy absorption, crack resistance and ultimate compressive failure strain. In some application of concrete, the most commonly used concrete (plain concrete) does not always fulfill the requirements such as low unit weight, high toughness and impact resistance. As a result, Crumb Rubber Concrete which shows excellent performance meeting the requirements offers a promising material in civil engineering, especially in structural engineering. To ensure the safety of reinforced CRC structures in engineering application, bond behaviors between CRC and bars must be studied.Experimental study of bond behaviors between CRC and bars is carried out based on the pullout test of 80 speciments in this paper. The enfluence of amount of crumb rubber, compressive strength of concrete, diameter of deformed bars and plain bars on bond behaviors is discussed and compared to plain concrete. By the way of experimental statistical regression, the calculating formula of characteristic bond strength value and characteristic slip value is established. The bond failure process is also obtained and further discussed. The testing results show a higher ductility, equivalent bond strength compared to plain concrete and a lineal relationship between bond strength and compress strength of the concrete. Finally, the design of anchoring length has been proposed.Moreover, pilot study on structural application of CRC is carried out. Some bearing capacities, structural performances are analysed. And seismic performance of CRC shear wall is discussed. The results show that the flexural capacity of reinforced CRC beam and shear wall section is equivalent to those of plain concrete. But the seismic performance is better. Under the same conditions, the interstory shear forces will reduce to 30% compared to that of plain concrete reinforced shear wall.
