【摘要】 在城市化进程加速的同时,日益凸显的城市犯罪问题已成为世界各国突出的社会问题之一,建设安全城市从而成为各个城市共同的诉求。本文是从城市规划的角度探讨城市犯罪问题及相应的解决之道的一项研究,以城市空间中与居民生活联系最为密切的城市居住空间为切入点对城市犯罪特别是社区可防性侵财犯罪进行剖析。通过对国内外与空间相关的犯罪预防理论进行综述,将居住空间犯罪预防体系分为宏观、中观、微观三个层次,并针对北京市海淀区这一实际案例分别进行现象描述、分析,对作为犯罪预防手段的城市居住空间规划方法进行了初步的探讨。第一章是绪论部分,提出了本文的研究背景、意义,并明确了研究目的、研究框架及方法,为整个研究之引导;第二章分别对国外学者和中国学者的相关研究理论进行回顾、整理并做出简评;第三章以北京市海淀区为案例,分析城市居住空间与城市犯罪的关系;第四章阐述了城市规划预防城市犯罪的基本原理;第五章则分别从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出了作为城市犯罪预防手段的城市居住空间规划方法。第六章即最后一章将总结本研究之内容与成果,并讨论了进一步研究有待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rampant urban crime problem has become one of the serious social concerns facing the world as urbanization continually accelerates, thereby, building safer cities become the world’s appeal. Based on this point, this dissertation explores urban crime problem and its corresponding resolution in the sight of urban planning and design. The thesis makes an analysis of urban crimes, especially community defensible offences relating to property, by implementing the residential space which closely related to our daily life as the contact point. It divides the spatial crime prevention system of residential space into three levels: macro, mid and micro by a review of current research progresses, and makes an initially discussion on crime prevention in residential spaces by urban planning measures after a case study in Haidian District,Beijing.Chapter one is the prologue, in this part, firstly, the social background and significance of the research is put forward. Secondly, the structure of this dissertation is given, which involves the purpose of research, framework and methodology. Then in chapter two, a literature review is carried out, covering the books and articles on the relevant study done by foreign and Chinese scholars. By taking Haidian District,Beijing as an example, chapter three expounds the relationship between the urban residential space and urban crimes. Subsequently, chapter four exposits the fundamentals of crime prevention through urban planning. Thereafter, chapter five brings forward the methods of residential space planning as a crime preventive measure separately in macro, mid and micro levels. Chapter six, namely the last part of this article, sums up this dissertation and discusses the problems lie open to further examination.更多还原
