工业控制网络中OPC软网关的研究与应用

【摘要】 在工业控制领域中,随着系统要求的提升,控制系统的规模不断的扩大,结构也越来越复杂。为了保证控制系统中各种设备发挥充分的作用以实现控制系统整体的协调有效运行,系统集成越来越被人们所接受和重视。控制网络是系统集成工作成功的关键,通过控制网络,将多个分散在生产现场具有通信能力的各种测量控制装置作为网络节点,采用公开和规范的通信协议实现控制系统中各部分之间的信息共享和通信,以使其整合为统一的整体,进而完成系统的特定功能。然而,无论是竞争激烈的现场总线技术,还是标准多样的工业以太网技术,其在发挥各自优势的同时,都暴露出了开放和互操作方面的局限性,为系统集成的工作带来了很大的难度。OPC规范基于COM/DCOM分布式组件技术,其开放、透明、灵活的特性为自动化领域提供了一种标准的接口规范,为上述工业控制网络系统集成中所存在的问题提供了一种可行的解决方案。本课题在对于OPC规范体系进行研究的基础上,采用OPC数据访问规范对于各种工业以太网应用层协议进行封装,提出了一种工业以太网互操作的有效方法。进一步针对具有良好开放性的Modbus/TCP协议,开发实现了Modbus/TCP OPC软网关,并在开发过程中采用模块化设计的方法,将OPC接口逻辑层和硬件驱动逻辑层进行模块实现,为其它类型的OPC软网关的开发提供了一种通用性方法。最后,结合某实际楼宇系统集成项目,采用上述模块化设计方法开发了各具体子系统的OPC软网关,现已投入工程使用,取得了满意的效果。在验证设计方法有效性和模块复用性的同时,也对于OPC软网关在系统集成中的工程应用做了进一步的研究和探讨。

【Abstract】 With the requirement enhancing of system, the scale has been expanding and the configuration has been more and more complex in the field of industrial control. The system integration has been accepted and focused on to guarantee the effective work of whole system. The control network is the key point of successful system integration. It integrates control equipments distributed in every corner of fields into one whole to achieve the function of system by open and normative communication protocol. However, the various kinds of field bus and industrial Ethernet have problems of openness and interoperability, which really increase difficulty of control system integration. OPC(OLE for Process Control) specification, which is based on the distributed component object model technology (COM/DCOM), provides the characteristic of open and flexible, and could solve the problems mentioned above in system integration.After studying the OPC specification system, the paper presents a method to achieve interoperability of industrial Ethernet and make integration more effective by applying OPC-DA in the application layer protocol of each standard. In addition, the paper implements an OPC-DA software-gateway based on the open industrial Ethernet standard Modbus/TCP, and which is more important, the server developing process used a modularization design method, separating it to several parts including OPC interface module, hardware drive module, HMI module. The modularization design method makes the process more general for other servers’development.Finally, the paper used the modularization design method to implement some other OPC software-gateways for sub-systems in a practical building system integration project. It proved the efficiency of OPC software-gateways in the work of system integration.
