PP-R管件注塑模具设计相关技术研究

【摘要】 在分析管壁厚大而又广泛应用的PP-R管件注塑成型的基础上,对于因浇注系统设计不当而会产生较严重熔接痕的大壁厚的PP-R管件,应用模具CAD/CAM/CAE技术,提出了基于Pro/E的PP-R管件注塑模具辅助设计方法,并针对大壁厚PP-R管件注塑模具设计对Pro/E进行了二次开发。论文首先介绍了注塑模的特点及其在现代工业生产中的重要地位。简述了注塑模CAD/CAM技术的发展历史、现状及趋势。阐述了模具设计制造的专业化及CAD软件的二次开发对提高模具质量,降低生产成本,缩短模具生产周期的重要性。针对大壁厚PP-R管件注塑件中容易出现严重熔接痕的问题,使用Pro/E软件进行注塑模具设计,并采用Pro/TOOLKIT二次开发接口,开发了基于知识的用于三通PP-R管件注塑模具设计的Pro/E下的应用程序。使设计人员在使用Pro/E进行PP-R管件注塑模具设计方便地查询有关知识,减少设计时查询资料的麻烦。对因浇注系统设计不当而产生较严重熔接痕的大壁厚PP-R管件,可以判断所设计管件注塑模具的流道及浇口尺寸是否需要计算,若需要可根据输入的相应参数计算出所设计大壁厚PP-R管件注塑模具的流道及浇口的断面尺寸。以此减少模具的返修率,提高模具设计水平和工作的效率以及PP-R管件的质量。此外,采用了基于Pro/E的PP-R管件注塑模具辅助设计方法进行了DN30型三通PP-R管件的注塑模具的设计,阐述了此方法设计PP-R管件注塑模具的步骤,验证了所用方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the manufacturing problem of widely used PP-R pipes with thick walls. Employing mould CAD/CAM/CAE technology, the method of the design of injection mold of PP-R pipes based on Pro/E is presented, and an application programme under Pro/E used for the design of injection mold of PP-R pipes is developed.This paper first introduces the characterization of injection mold and its important status in the modern industry, present situation and trend of CAD/CAM technology of injection mold. It illuminates that the specialization of the design and manufacturing of mold and second development of CAD softwares are importent to improve mold quality and manufacturing efficiency, to reduce cost and to shorten mold manufacturing periods.This paper gives method of the design of injection mold of PP-R pipes based on Pro/E, and makes an application programme development under Pro/E used for the design of injection mold of three-way pipes on the basis of knowledge with the application development interface Pro/TOOLKIT to solve the problem of the PP-R pipes with serious seams. By using the software the designers can query the knowledge in storage when they are designing PP-R injection mold, and the time required for querying in design is reduced. As to the PP-R pipes with thick walls in which serious seams are found because the pouring system is not properly designed, the software can help the designer decide whether the sizes of the flow path and pour meatus of the injection mold need to be calculated. If they’re needed, as long as the corresponding parameters are input, it will calculate the sizes of the flow path and pour meatus of the injection mold designed for the thick-wall PP-R pipe. Thus we can reduce the repair rate and greatly improve the mold design level, and the quality of PP-R pipe.By using the method of the design of injection mold of PP-R pipes based on Pro/E, an injection mold of DN30 three-way PP-R pipers is tested. The process of the the design of injection mold of PP-R pipes with the method is introduced, and it is proved that the method is feasible.
