往复泵传动箱体CAD/CAM技术研究

【摘要】 机械制造业的发展水平在很大程度上标志着一个国家先进技术的发展水平。随着信息技术和制造技术的发展,用户对产品的质量和性能要求越来越高。传统的设计和加工方法已不能满足复杂形状零件的技术需求。本课题的研究旨在为企业提供一套实现自动化生产的技术支持,以便缩短产品的制造周期,提高市场竞争力。完成的主要研究工作如下:1.阐述了CAD/CAM技术的发展概况和应用状况以及往复泵传动箱体的加工现状,在此基础上提出了研究的主要内容。2.论述了箱体数控加工工艺的制定方法。通过对零件图的分析,获得尺寸要求和技术要求等信息。在此基础上拟定零件在MH800C数控加工中心上进行加工的工艺路线,从而确定具体的加工工序并选择刀具。并对夹具的结构进行了改进。3.以Pro/E软件的CAD/CAM功能为软件平台,研究如何实现箱体的CAD/CAM集成,充分发挥数控加工中心所具有的程序设计的功能和效率。首先使用Pro/E软件建立箱体的三维实体模型。利用Pro/E软件的CAM功能编制传动箱体在MH800C数控加工中心上的NC程序,并进行加工模拟,以便检验所编制程序和工艺的正确性,提高产品的成品率。4.从现代企业的网络化管理出发,通过对DNC技术的分析和研究,探索数控程序与DNC系统连接的有效途径,建立制造车间与上层计算机之间的CAD/CAM通信系统,使制造设备之间、制造设备与设计层之间顺利地进行信息交流,以提高企业的生产效率。

【Abstract】 Development of the mechanical manufacturing symbolizes the level of a national advanced technology in the very great degree. Along with the development of information technology and manufacture technology, the user’s demands are higher and higher to the product quality and the performance. The technical demands of the complex shape components have not been satisfied by traditional methods of design and processing. The purpose of the paper is to provide a set of the technical support of realizing automation production for the enterprise, in order to reduce the manufacturing cycle of the product, enhance the market competitive ability. The main research finished in the paper is summed as follows:1. The paper expounded the development and application of CAD/CAM, as well as the present processing situation of the Reciprocating-Pump Driving-Box. In its foundation, the main research content of the paper is proposed.2. The method of the box Numerical Control machining plan is discussed. Through the detail analysis to the drawing of the box, information and technique request is obtained, then the process plan of the components and the concrete processing procedure in the MH800C NC machining center are determined, and the cutting tools are chosen. Finally the structure of the fixture is improved.3. The paper took the CAD/CAM function in Pro/ENGINEERING software as the software platform, realized CAD/CAM integration of the box, displayed fully the programming function and the efficiency of the MH800C machining center. Firstly the tridimensional model of the box is established by the CAD function in Pro/E, then the NC program of the box in the MH800C machining center is established by the CAM function in the Pro/E, and the processing simulation is made in order to verify accuracy of program and enhance the finished product rate.4. The paper embarked from the modern enterprise’s network management, explored the effective way of connecting the NC program and the DNC system, established the CAD/CAM communication system between the workshop and the upper computer through analysis and the research to the DNC technology, made it possible to exchange easily the information between the equipments, the equipments and the design departments.
