北方地区典型小城镇住宅建筑冬季室内热环境的测评与研究

【摘要】 目前,我国有60%以上的人口分布在小城镇和农村。随着国家“三农”政策的出台,农民的生活水平和质量逐渐提高,与此同此也伴随着住宅建筑能源的巨大浪费。因此,建立适合于小城镇住宅建筑的热环境标准,并对当前的住宅围护结构,采暖方式及系统进行改进已迫在眉睫。本文使用对居民生活的实际环境进行调研、测试以及对当地居民主观问卷调查相结合的方法,对我国北方采暖地区典型小城镇住宅建筑室内热环境以及居民对热环境的适应性深入进行了分析与研究,提出适合于小城镇居民的热环境评价标准。实验以居民正常生活的环境为原则,不对其进行额外的控制调节。实验分析得出小城镇居民的适应空气温度范围为(11.5℃~18.9℃),波动幅度为4.1℃,温度变化率为0.6℃/h;作用温度范围为(12.6℃~17.6℃)。在采暖方式和系统的优化方面,深入分析了适合小城镇的采暖系统并不是照搬城市的集中供暖系统,而是应该根据当地的规划具体分析。在新规划的住区易采用集中供暖,但是在一些无规划的老住区,集中供暖难以实施,土暖气有其不可替代的优点,人们的自主调节力较强。也不失为一种可取的供暖方式。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, above 60% people are living in small town and countryside. With national policy apt to peasant, residents’living standard and quality are improving gradually, which in herewith high building energy consumption. Therefore, establishing thermal environment standards for buildings in small town and improving building envelope, heating methods and air-conditioning system are getting more and more important.Through investigating on residents’daily living environment and questionnaire made on local people, profound analysis and research have been done on indoor thermal environment of typical residents’building in Chinese north small town and people’s adaptability to thermal environment. Also appraise standards are put forward based on the research. During the experiment, we used residents’daily living environment are used principle and without any extra controlled measures. The results shows the comfortable air temperature for residents in small town is from 11.5℃to 8.9℃, with 4.1℃fluctuating range and 0.6℃/h temperature changing rate. The operation temperature are from 12.6℃to 17.6℃.The heating system which suits to small town is analyzed and heating system of capital can’t be used in small town in the aspect of heating method and system optimizing. Central heating should be used in new layout area and should not be used in those old without layout area. Accordingly local heating is fungible and adjusted independently in the excellence. It is an advisable heating method.
