【摘要】 教育模式是依据一定教育思想和教学规律而形成的在办学过程、教学过程中必须遵循的比较稳定的办学程序、教学程序及其方法的策略体系,是进行办学、实施教学的一般理论,是教育思想、培养目标与教学规律的反映,具有高效性、可操作性、开放性等特点。本文是在我国农村中等职业教育陷入困境,尤其是农林专业严重萎缩,农村中等职业学校毕业生就业困难的形势下开展研究的。通过本研究希冀找到一条适应当前农村职业教育发展的途径,也为我国其他农村职业教育发展提供可资借鉴的经验,推动我国农村职业教育的可持续发展。本文首先对“就业——升学”教育模式产生的背景及基本特征做了表述,然后对为何实施该模式进行了探讨,并指出了“就业——升学”教育模式的理论基础。最后以具体个案对该教育模式的实施做了实证分析。另外,本文在结尾部分还对如何完善该模式的实施提出了一些政策建议。本文在研究的过程中运用了问卷调查、文献检索、统计分析以及个案研究等方法。通过这些研究方法,指出了“就业——升学”教育模式具有目的性、应变性、选择性、开放性等特征。在现阶段,该教育模式在我国欠发达或不发达的农村中等职业学校实施能取得较好的办学效果。坚持以就业为主导同时兼顾升学的观点是本论文的一个创新点。本文对“就业——升学”教育模式在农村中等职业学校的实施,提出了具体的做法及实证分析。“就业——升学”教育模式的研究在当前职业教育形势下有着一定的现实意义和理论意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pattern of education is the general theory executed in the process of running school and teaching.It is based on certain concepts and rules of education and reflects the educational concepts,training targets and teaching regulations.It has the features of high efficiency,easy operation and open application.Presently the rural vocational education,especially that of the agriculture and forestry specialities,have serious problems,and the graduates of the rural secondary vocational schools face difficulty in employment.Under these circumstances,a research was carried out with the aim of groping for a suitable path for the sustainable development of rural secondary vocational education and providing practical experiences for other forms of rural vocational education in China.This paper describes the background and characteristics of the Employment—Higher Education pattern of rural secondary vocational education,explores the reasons of its implementation ,and points out its theoretical foundation .The paper also makes case analysis of the pattern and proposes some suggested policies for the improvement of its execution.By means of questionnaire,document retrieval,statistical analysis and case study,a conclusion was reached that the Employment—Higher Education pattern ,with its characteristics of being purposeful ,adaptable ,optional and open ,achieves satisfactory results in less developed or under—developed areas in the present China.The paper presents an innovatory view of taking priority for employment over higher education in the process of rural secondary vocational education.Lastly,the paper brings forward some practical measures together with their analysis in order for this pattern to be better implemented in the rural secondary vocational schools.The research on Employment—Higher Education pattern of education proves to be of great significance in both theory and practice in the present Chinese vocational education system.更多还原
