高导电率聚苯胺复合材料的合成

【摘要】 聚苯胺由于具有低成本、结构多样化、通过掺杂电导率可调、重量轻等特点,在发光材料、传感器、太阳能电池、二次电池、电磁屏蔽、金属防腐等领域呈现广泛的应用前景。本论文选择聚苯胺共轭聚合物进行研究,对聚苯胺的分子链结构、导电机理、特性进行了论述。采用不同的酸、不同氧化时间、不同含量添加材料(碳纳米管和纳米二氧化钛),合成出聚苯胺复合材料,并且探讨了以上因素对复合材料相关性能的影响。为制备出导电性能最优的有机透明涂层,必须把碳纳米管纤维在树脂内有效地组装成一体化导电结构网络。运用导电聚苯胺在树脂内自组装的方法来实现碳纳米管纤维的自组装,原位合成出聚苯胺薄膜均匀包覆的碳纳米管复合材料,得到了具有较高电导率和耐热性能的复合材料。这种复合材料的制备为组装高性能的聚合物基透明导电涂层奠定了坚实基础。由于纳米TiO2材料具有小尺寸、大的比表面积,独特的光、电、磁性能等优点,本文将纳米TiO2与苯胺放在酸性溶液中聚合,合成了聚苯胺/二氧化钛复合物,并对其电性能和热性能进行了研究,在光催化降解方面的应用也进行了探索。传统的防腐蚀涂料应用于金属时,因为大多数涂层易龟裂、划伤,从而使金属裸露于腐蚀环境中,形成针孔。即使涂层中针孔不连续存在,也能破坏涂层的抗腐蚀功能。因此考察涂层在缺陷情况下的腐蚀情况成为防腐涂料研究中的新热点。论文对涂有环氧树脂层的样板进行了耐酸、耐碱的研究,对聚苯胺/环氧树脂涂层在防腐领域的应用进行了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 Because of the low cost, flexible doping conducting, light in weights and diversification in structure, Polyaniline has widespread application in such regions as light emitter diode, sensor, solar cell, rechargeable battery, electromagnetic interference shielding, metal anticorrosion and so on.In this dissertation polyaniline conjugated conducting polymer with different texture and properties are prepared, using (NH42S2O8 /HCL and (NH42S2O8 /R-C6H4-SO3H solution system,the molecular structure of undoped polyaniline is characterized.Polyaniline with different conductivity can be gotten by changing the acid concentration, contents of different materials(carbon nanotube and nano-TiO2) are also studied.To manufacture the integrated conductive network with freely dispersed carbon nanotubes and get transparent conducting coating with excellent transparence and conductivity,it was necessary to self-assemble the free conductive carbon nanotubes into an integrated conductive network effectively in the resin.The paper initiatively introduced a special method of self-assembling the carbon nanotubes by means of conducting po1yanilines which themselves can be self-assembled in the resin system,synthesize one kind of carbon nanotube nanocomposite fibrils capsulated by a layer of conducting polyaniline. Through in-situ synthesized PANi-DBSA composite materials, influence of contents to final structure and property of composites is studied, then high conductive and heat-resistant PANI is prepared. The successful synthesis of the nanocomposite fibrils with fine microscopic structure not only forges a solid basis for both the further self-assembly conductive carbon fibrils and the excellent transparent conducting coatings but also paves the way for the self-assembling all kinds of nanofibrils for versatile applications.Nano-TiO2 material has light size and big relative surface accumulation because of its’unique light, electricity, magnetism performance.This assertation synthesize PANi/TiO2 composites in acid environment, eleltric performance is studied, relative investigation in biodegrade is also studied.Traditional anticorrosion coating certainly did not completely solve the corrosion problem, because majority coatings are easy to chap, scratch, thus cause the metal to expose in the corrosion environment. Even if in the coating, the pinhole does not continuously exist, it also can destroy anticorrosion performance for coating film,
