【摘要】 电力企业是国民经济基础性产业,也是支柱性产业,电力供应关系各行各业,电力服务涉及千家万户。所以电力生产是否安全稳定地运行,能否为国民经济的持续健康发展提供可靠的电力保障,将直接关系到和谐社会这一目标的具体实现。电力生产中,安全生产是所有工作的重中之重,而人因差错是安全生产事故发生的主要原因,生产人员的差错给企业带来的经济和效益损失已不容忽视。通过对电力企业生产事故的调查分析指出了事故的引发过程以及引发因素,得到电力企业生产事故类型大多是人因事故,人因差错在电力企业的生产事故当中起了至关重要的作用。然后通过对人的行为原理和人因差错的形成机理的分析,得出人因差错形成的原因并给出了人因差错的量化模型。电力企业生产系统的人因差错主要是受其消极心理状态支配的。通过对电力企业生产事故现场的调查和对电力企业生产事故的人因差错的心理原因的分析研究,本文归纳出容易导致电力企业生产事故的八种心理,并对其每种心理从心理特征、主要表现和典型行为三个方面进行了剖析。最后指出疲劳也是导致电力企业生产事故人因差错的重要原因,并结合课题调查对心理疲劳进行了深入地分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The power enterprises are based industries, as well as pillar industries. The power supply is between businesses while Power involves millions of people. So if it is safe and stable operation of power production and it can provide reliable power for the sustained and healthy development of national economy will be directly related to a concrete realization of the goal of a harmonious society. In the power enterprises, it is the most important task of all to product safely. And human error is the main cause of the accident occurred in the power enterprises and it should not be overlooked when it leads to the enterprise’s loss.The investigation and analysis on many accidents in the power enterprises trigger the process and the causes of the accident and make it clear that most types of accidents happened are the result of human accident, because human error has played a crucial role in the accident. Then based on analysis the principle of human behavior and formation mechanism of human error , the cause and a quantitative model of human error were given.Human error in the power enterprises is subject to the negative psychology of the workers here. This paper summaries up eight types of psychology that will lead to human accident easily, analyses the three main aspects of psychological—the main characteristic, the typical behavior and the main performance of psychological.Finally, the paper notes that fatigue is a major reason that leads to human accident in the power enterprises. So the paper gives an in-depth analysis to psychological fatigue also.更多还原
