基于STi5105方案的数字电视机顶盒设计与实现

【摘要】 数字化是一场全世界范围内的产业技术革命,数字技术已经广泛渗透到社会生活的各个领域。作为数字技术重要分支的数字电视技术是继黑白电视和彩色电视后的第三代电视技术。由于从模拟电视到数字电视的转换需要一个较长的过渡时期,为了使现有的模拟电视机能够接收数字电视信号,需要一种转换装置,数字电视机顶盒应运而生。数字机顶盒是一种能够接收数字电视信号、完成相应处理并输出模拟的音视频信号,通过模拟电视机播出节目的家用电子产品。本课题我们选用了ST公司的STi5105系统解决方案,对符合MPEG-2和DVB-C标准的有线数字电视机顶盒接收技术进行了研究。为完成标准清晰度数字电视机顶盒信源解码部分的设计,本论文从以下几个方面进行了研究:1、分析了MPEG-2标准的系统部分和视频部分以及与解码相关的多节目数据流的复用和解复用机制以及视频编码结构;2、对ST公司生产的视频解码芯片STi5105的内部模块资源和外围接口电路的功能、结构、原理进行深入研究分析,并设计了信源解码硬件电路系统;3、研究了机顶盒的软件系统、模块功能及其实时操作系统OS20,分析了其任务机制和中断响应系统;4、研究FLASH芯片资料,编写FLASH驱动程序;研究CH452芯片资料,编写前面板控制及测试程序;5、设计、制作、调试信源解码板硬件部分,完成整个机顶盒的系统调试;6、对音视频处理电路进行了仿真分析,并完成音、视频输出指标硬件及软件优化。该产品已通过国家广电总局测试,现已批量生产。
【Abstract】 Digitallization is a worldwide industrial technology innovation, and digital technology has been touching most fields of our social lives. From 90’s of 20th century, the technology of digital television, as one of important branches of digital technology, develops fast end enters an applied phase, with the rapid progress of the technology of semiconductor and computer.Because it will take a long time to change from the existing analog televisions to digital television system, a kind of conversion devices is necessary, it in turn leads to the emergency of digital television Set Top Box (STB), for the sake of receiving digital television broadcasting with analog televisions. Digital televison Set Top Box is a kind of household electronic devices that can receive the digital television signal transmitted by digital television broadcasting system, make some very important processes to the signal and output an analog signal of video and audio that exiting analog television can paly the programs with the signal.This paper, whice is based on the system blue print of STi5105 provided by Company ST Microelectronics, is a research on receiving technology of STB of cable digital television conformed to MPEG-2 and DVB-C. In this thesis, research is focussed as followings:(1) the hardware system is designed from the point of view of knowledge of STi5105 interior modules and its exterior modules;(2) The function of every software level and realtime operation OS20 is also discussed in detailedly;(3) The FLASH driver and control & testing procedure of front-panal is programmed;(4) The platform of hardware system is debugged;(5) The circuit of audio/video process is analysis and emulated, and the means of performance debugging is also given.The project has got validification of the Bradcast Department and has been manufactured.
