陶粒性能指标评价体系建立及净水效能研究

【摘要】 水是生命的源泉,然而水污染的不断加剧以及由此导致的饮用水资源短缺和水质恶化对人类健康乃至社会发展都造成了很大威胁。面对水源水日益严重的污染问题和水质标准的日趋严格,传统的水处理工艺很难满足对出水水质的要求,为解决这一问题,需要在原有传统工艺基础上增加新的水处理单元。生物预处理技术作为能够改善饮用水水质的技术,开始得到了广泛的关注和应用。生物陶粒反应器是预处理中最有效的技术之一,对水中的有机物有很好的降解作用,对NH4+-N,浊度以及其他污染物也有较好的去除作用。针对不同水质及目标污染物,如何选择以及选择怎样的陶粒对于保障出水水质有着重要的意义。实验结合了静态和动态试验,对比分析了6种陶粒的吸附性能、结构特性以及分别以该6种陶粒滤料的陶粒反应器的净水效能。其中通过静态实验对陶粒的各种特征参数:结构特征参数、性能特征参数及吸附特征参数进行了分析,在国家分析标准基础上对各种试验进行了改良,进行了具有针对性的、深入的研究;同时还在总结各种特性参数的基础上,提出了两个新参数,单位吸水率和生物相容性。除此之外还分析了各个参数之间的相关性,为更好的表征陶粒特征参数之间的关系打下基础。动态试验考察了不同陶粒反应器的出水效果,用氨氮、浊度去除率等出水安全性参数表征了陶粒反应器的净水效能,此外还研究了陶粒反应器中微生物的生长状况,以及各陶粒特征参数与微生物生长状况的关系。在分析静态试验中特征参数及动态试验中净水效能等参数相关性的基础上,初步建立了水处理陶粒滤料的评价体系,为陶粒滤料性能优劣评价提供了评判标准,确定了影响其吸附性能的根本因素,制定了可用于陶粒选择的特性指标推荐值;综合性能评价值(SICE值)是通过相关性分析及加权计算建立起来的,它可以作为陶粒选择、评价依据。通过研究表明,陶粒性能评价体系对生物陶粒工艺的陶粒选择问题具有一定的指导意义,可以作为陶粒选择的依据。
【Abstract】 Water is the source of life.But the severeness of water pollution and the shortage of water resources are threatening human’s healthy and the development of human society.Be up against the problem of water pollution and more strict standard,traditional water disposal technology can’t meet the demands of the quality of water.To solve this problem ,we need to add new water disposal cell . As an effective mean to improve water quality,pretreatment has been used widely and developed rapidly.Because of the high removal to organic and micropollutions and good nitrification to NH4+-N, turbid and other contaminations in water treatment, microorganism-ceramic adsorption has been seen as one of the most effective technology in advanced treatment.In application of this technology,to ensure the safety of effluent water quality,how to select and select what kinds of ceramic is the step in the process.Static examination and dynamic examination of 6 kinds of ceramic have been analysed and compared in this study, effluent water quality of 6 ceramic reactor filled with 6 kinds of ceramic respectively have been analysed simultaneously.With static experiment,character parameter of ceramic,like adsorbtion capability , structure capability and performance capability have been embedded analysed.The examinations were improved based on the national standard,and were investigated pertinency and embedded.Then we bring forward two new parameter: unit ratio of sop-up and microorganism adsorption by summing-up all the character parameter.And all the character parameter had been analysed the pertinency,for token the character parameters’connection better.Dynamic examinations rewiewed the effect of different ceramic reactors,and used wipe-off ratio,like NH4+-N,turbid to token the purification efficiency of ceramic reactors.Then we investigate the microorganism in ceramic reactors,and the connection of ceramic character parameter and microorganism.It provide constitute elementary Ceramic evaluation systems by ananlyse the Static examination and dynamic examination, provide judge standard for
