铝电解排烟管道系统技术研究及计算软件开发

【摘要】 随着世界经济的发展,各国对铝的需求量不断增加。铝电解厂房中的电解槽数量越来越多、容量也越来越大,传统的机械排烟工艺逐渐暴露出排烟不均匀、调节性能差的缺陷,并造成了一定的环境污染。为了解决这些问题,需要对铝电解机械排烟工艺进行研究改良。另一方面,国内设计院所承揽的国外项目日益增多,但设计手段与发达国家相比却十分落后,手工计算设计已经难以满足国际交流的需要,为了提高国际竞争力,有必要自主开发一套铝电解排烟计算软件。在铝电解排烟管道技术研究方面,对当前的设计方法进行了归纳整理和研究分析,包括电解槽烟气量计算、电解槽内排烟结构平衡计算、电解槽出口管路平衡调节、净化除尘系统平衡调节、管网系统工作点的确定、风机选择计算和烟囱动力计算。在此基础上,对电解槽排烟管道的设计和调节方法进行了改进,使由于电解槽加工而引起的失调降到了最低。此外,还对这些设计理论进行了数学处理,转化为可以用于计算机程序设计的格式。在铝电解排烟计算软件编制方面,以Visual C++作为开发平台,采用微软基础类库(MFC)中提供的单文档界面(SDI)程序框架,以工程制图和数值计算为程序核心,实现了电解槽内排烟管道设计、槽出口平衡调节、净化系统平衡计算、总排烟系统水力计算、风机选择等计算功能;并开发了强大的文档结构以保存计算数据。经过调试后,该软件在实际工程设计中取得了很好的效果。
【Abstract】 Now, along with the developing of the world economy, the need of the aluminum for many countries is increasing day by day. The cells in potrooms become more and more, the cell capability become larger and larger. But for the poor balance quality, the traditional air exhaust system have been not suit for the new changes, therefore, cause more air pollution. To deal with this problem, it is necessary to research and improve the air exhaust system. In the other hand, for the native design institute participated in the international aluminum projects continually, the manual design mode seems too old to fulfill the assignment compared with the developed countries. To improve the international competitive ability, it is also necessary to develop own software to instead of the manual design mode.As for the research of the air exhaust system’s technology, the total theory of design is summed up and analyzed, it includes: calculation of air rate, calculation of cell structure, balance regulation outside the cells, balance regulation of dust removing system, determination of system’s work-point, fan selection and calculation of hot pressure in chimney. Furthermore, a improving design method of cell’s air exhaust duct is presented to reduce the resistance change, and a new way is contrived up to regulate the valves in the cells’exit. Besides, some work of formula translation is completed so that it can be applied in the software.As for the software, it is developed by VC++. The software applies the Single Document Interface supplied by the Microsoft Foundation Class. The core of the procedure is engineering drawing and numerical calculation. The main function conclude: duct design in cell, balance regulation outside the cells, balance regulation of dust removing system, hydraulic computation of air exhaust system, selection of smoke fan. Besides, the document function is also developed to conserve the useful data. After the debug in practice, the software is proved to be exactitude and effective.
