【摘要】 江浙沪三地是我国目前经济最具活力的区域之一,近年来,该地区产业结构趋同性现象已成为长三角区域经济发展中一个显著的、颇具争议的特点,并常常被视作行政区分割带来的后果。投资是该地区经济增长的主动力,外资起着推动产业结构调整升级和增加出口的重要作用。2005年一季度长三角外资利用出现下降,对经济增长的拉动力度趋于弱化,更重要的是外资进入所带来的对产业结构调整升级的外部推动将减弱,使结构高度化进程受到一定影响。本文在对三地产业结构的概况进行简要分析的基础上,计算了江浙沪两两之间的三次产业结构同构系数和三地产业结构相似度,并对三地制造业内部同构系数进行了考察,同时运用统计数据比较了三地第一产业及一产内部行业构成,第三产业及内部主要行业构成,接着从技术竞争力、规模竞争力以及效益竞争力三个方面综合考察了江浙沪三地工业部门竞争力自身比较及制造业部门产业竞争力的地区横向比较,指出江浙沪在制造业中的比较优势存在差异,具有一定的互补性,这为今后的区域产业合作和协调发展提供了可能。文章在此基础上提出了健全“市场退出机制”、产业的互补配套发展、建立区域统一市场、淡化以GDP为主的地方政府考核指标等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The region of Jiangsu,Zhejiang&Shanghai is one of the most energetic regions in China. The academic circle and the departments of economic administration are paying close attention to the problem of same industrial structure and malignant competition in the Yangtse River Delta.As the main power of economy development, investment plays an important role in adjusting the structure and increasing the export in Jiangsu,Zhejiang&Shanghai. Yet, with the decreasing of investment in this region in 2005, it becomes weaker and weaker and has made the pace of structural adjustment slow.Based on simple analysis of industrial structure among Jiangsu ,Zhejiang&Shanghai, this paper calculates the figure of same structure and makes empirical analysis of agriculture and the third industry. On the other hand, this article compares the industry competitiveness among these three regions through three aspects: technical competitiveness, scope competitiveness and benefit competitiveness and points out that it is possible to promote the regional industry cooperation and industrial coordination.In this paper it mainly covers the discussion of the regional industry coordination development mechanism ,the coordination about regional interest and policy ,and the integration of the regional institutional construction ,on which the addressed counter measures and suggestions are based :to perfect the regional common market system ,to examinate mechanism from the cadre and to perfect the mechanism of the exit of market,etc。更多还原
