沥青混合料抗车辙性能试验研究

【摘要】 沥青路面具有良好的路用性能,在我国的道路建设中得到了广泛应用,在已建成的高速公路中,95%以上都采用沥青路面。随着交通量的增长、轴载增加、超载严重、渠化交通、近年来持续高温天气等因素的综合影响,车辙已经成为沥青路面早期破坏中最严重的破坏形式。为了延长路面的使用寿命,研究沥青路面车辙的产生机理及影响因素,从而有针对性的预防或减少车辙的产生,已成为最引人关注的问题。本文首先通过调查高速公路的车辙,掌握车辙随时间变化的发展情况和分布规律,分析车辙产生的原因,并对取芯试件进行厚度测量、毛体积密度试验、最大理论密度试验、沥青抽提试验和集料筛分试验,将车辙处和隆起处芯件试验结果与对应的停车道处芯件试验结果进行对比,从沥青混合料的体积指标变化规律中分析车辙形成机理。其次,本文分析了现有车辙试验评价指标的优缺点,根据车辙试验数据分析动稳定度指标和相对变形率指标的准确性。研究认为,相对变形率指标不适合评价室内1h的车辙试验,建议仍使用动稳定度指标评价混合料的高温稳定性。为了克服动稳定度指标的不足,在原指标的基础上,引入了辅助评价指标-截距b0 ,并用试验数据分析了沥青用量对b0的影响,比较了b0与压实变形的关系,最后探讨使用30min变形与60min变形计算动稳定度的可能性。再次,利用车辙试验的结果研究了沥青结合料软化点、环境温度、压实度、压力及沥青层厚度对沥青混合料高温抗车辙性能的影响。最后,使用APBI程序计算了实际路面和车辙试验中沥青层内的应力分布情况,分析可能产生车辙的主要区域。改变复合板车辙试验条件,找出影响试验结果的主要因素,提出复合板车辙试验的补充规定。选用十种复合板结构,研究了复合车辙板的变形规律。
【Abstract】 Asphalt concrete pavement was used widely in our country because of its excellent performance. More than 95per of the express way used the asphalt concrete pavement. Under the influence of increasing traffic volume and axial load, overloading, tube running and the continuous high temperature, rut on the asphalt pavement had become the most serious factor that reducing the running quality of the pavement. In order to prolong the pavement life, researching on the mechanism and the factor producing rut, and then taking some action to prevent or reduce rut had become a attractive problem.First, investigated the rut on the express way, learnt the relations between the time and the rut depth, analyzed the cause producing rut, measured the thickness, the bulk density and the maximum theoretical density of the sample, made the asphalt extraction test, the aggregate classing test, and then compared the test results of the samples taken from the rut, the swell and the stop way, summarized the mechanism that generated the rut basing on the changing discipline of the asphalt mix volume.Second, analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of the using rut evaluating index, evaluated the veracity of dynamic stable degree and relative distortion ratio. The conclusion was that for evaluating the high temperature stability of asphalt mix the dynamic stable degree was better than the relative distortion ratio index. For overcoming the shortcoming of dynamic stable degree index, the paper imported a second index-intercept b0 working together with the old one,and then analyzed the influence of the asphalt dosage to the b0 ,compared the relation between the b0 and the compact distortion, at last discussed the possibility calculating the dynamic stable degree with the distortion in time of 30min and 60min.Third, researched the influence of the soft point of the bitumen,environment temperature, compacting degree, pressure and the thickness of the asphalt layer to the high temperature rut-resistance of the asphalt mix with the results of rut test.Finally, using the APBI program calculating the stress distributing on the real pavement structure and the rut test sample analyzed the areas that might generate rut. Change the test condition of rut test, found the primary factor that affect the test result, put forward the supplement provision of the complex board rut test. With ten kinds of complex board structures the paper analyzed the transforming discipline of the complex board.
