【摘要】 随着世界经济全球化和区域经济一体化进程的加快,以区域自由贸易协定为基础的自由贸易区出现了迅速发展的高潮。中日韩作为东北亚地区重要国家,在贸易和投资方面具有良好的合作关系,建立三国间的自由贸易区势在必行。本文着重从中日韩三国贸易的关系角度,探讨了三国经贸互补性、紧密性,并就中日韩建立自由贸易区对各自国家带来的贸易机会及福利效应等方面阐释了三国建立FTA的可行性,最后,本文还提出了中日韩建立FTA过程中存在的问题以及我国应采取怎样的措施来推进建立FTA的相应思路。本文共分为五章内容。第一章导言,主要对论文的选题背景、意义,FTA的理论基础,论文研究框架和方法,研究创新与不足等方面进行了简要说明。第二章FTA的理论综述,主要包括关税同盟的贸易理论、产业内贸易理论以及国内学者对中日韩经贸关系及合作的理论探讨。第三章中日韩之间贸易关系分析,主要从三国贸易现状、贸易紧密度、经济互补性以及贸易方式的转变等方面着手,利用贸易强度指数、显性比较优势指数及产业内贸易指数等工具,结合90年代后的相关原始数据进行了详细的分类和计算,归纳出了中日韩贸易格局的基本情况。第四章中日韩自由贸易区贸易效果分析,本章主要论述了三个问题:首先,利用一般均衡模型拟和结果,就中日韩FTA对三国带来的不同经济效果进行了阐述;其次,针对第三章提到的三国贸易模式的转变,分析了此变化给三国带来的效益;最后,论证了三边FTA对三国的福利大于任何双边FTA的收益。第五章中日韩建立FTA的发展现状及对策,首先,陈述了中日韩建立自贸区的发展进程;其次,分析了三国建立FTA存在的问题;最后针对上节的内容分别从合作领域、合作形式、政府作用、投资推动和产业内贸易的角度提出了解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the globalization of the world economy and the acceleration of the process of regional economic integration, free trade agreements development rapidly. As important positions in Northeast Asia countries, China, Japan and Korea have a kind of strong trade relationship, so establishing FTA is feasible. The trade relations among China, Japan and Korea are analyzed and the feasibility of establishing a free trade zone is explained on the basis of welfare effects of three countries. At the same time, it links the respective political and economic background and analyzes problems in the course of China- Japan-Korea FTA, at last, puts forward solutions.The full text is divided into five chapters:Chapter I, Introduction.The selection of subjects for the main background, significance, the theoretical basis of FTA, paper’s frameworks and methodologies, innovation and shortcoming are showed briefly.Chapter II, Theoretical synthesis about FTA. Including the customs union trade theory, Intra-Industry Trade and domestic scholars’researches about China-Japan-Korea FTA.Chapter III, Analyzes trade relations among China, Japan and Korea. From the trade status, trade close degrees, economic complementarities and changing trade patterns aspects, This chapter uses some tools, such as trade intensity index, RCA and IIT to explain trade condition among China, Japan and Korea.Chapter IV, Trade effect analysis about China-Japan-Korea FTA. This chapter discusses three main issues: firstly, using the results of CGE to indicate different economic effect on China, Japan and Korea; Secondly, analysing the different benefits from changing trade patterns; Finally, demonstrating the benefits of trilateral FTA are better than any bilateral FTA.Chapter V, Current situation and countermeasure of China-Japan-Kerea FTA. the first part of this chapter describes the development process of China-Japan-Korea trade zone; the second part analyzes problems; the third part brings up solutions.更多还原
