应急灯控制芯片设计及应用

【摘要】 消防应急灯具广泛应用于各类公共场所,具有广阔的市场前景。目前国内的消防应急灯具大多采用分立器件搭建而成,少数厂家生产的应急灯控制芯片又存在功能不全的缺点,因此对新型的应急灯控制芯片的研究是必要和有意义的。本论文所设计的应急灯控制芯片应用于自带电源型消防应急灯具。应急灯控制芯片设计的核心有两点:一是应急灯控制芯片的电路和版图设计;二是建立针对该芯片的应用系统。本论文首先从应急灯控制芯片的应用背景角度来分析消防应急灯具的系统要求,并结合消防应急灯系统国家标准GB17945-2000论证和定义了芯片的各项可行的设计指标,然后构建了整体方案,划分了电路的功能模块,电路的功能模块有七个:预稳压模块、稳压模块、应急转换模块、电池监测模块、光源控制模块、故障显示模块、充电控制模块。接下来针对应急灯控制芯片的每个功能模块分析和论证其工作原理和电路实现。对关键电路的设计给出了具体电路的拓扑和模拟结果,其中电路设计的重点和难点是稳压模块和充电控制模块的设计。在器件和工艺设计的基础上,阐述了应急灯控制芯片内部高压驱动管的设计、芯片的ESD保护方案和版图等后端设计。针对本论文设计的应急灯控制芯片,结合实际的应用需求,搭建了能同时适用于消防照明灯(非常明)和消防标志灯(常明)两种消防应急灯具的应用系统,分析了系统的工作原理及关键元件的参数选取。本论文设计的应急灯控制芯片完全达到了国家对消防应急灯具控制系统的要求,且需要的外部元件数量不多,其技术水平在国内处于领先地位。

【Abstract】 The emergency lighting is widely used in public buildings and has a promising future. Today, most of the emergency lightings are consisted of independent devices. The chips of some design houses can’t reach all the requirements of the national standard. It is necessary and significant to study the emergency lighting IC. The emergency lighting IC in this thesis is for the application of self-powered emergency lighting. There are two thrusts in the design of the emergency lighting IC: design of the circuit and layout of the emergency lighting IC, and construct the application systems of the emergency lighting IC.In this thesis, the features of the emergency lighting system have been firstly introduced in respect of the background of the application of the emergency lighting. Based on the national standard GB17945-2000, the feasibility of the design targets of the chip in relation to the updated technology has been analyzed; the overall scheme and the function blocks of the emergency lighting IC have been designed. There are seven function blocks: pre-regulation, regulation, battery-detection, emergency-transition, lamp-controlling, fault-display, charge-controlling.Secondly, the function and the circuit of each block is analyzed, the concrete circuits and the simulation results of the key circuits have been provided. The emphasis is put on the regulation and the charge-controlling blocks. Based on the design of the structure for device, the internal HV-NMOS, ESD protection and the layout of the chip have been designed.Thirdly, the application systems of the emergency lighting IC have been constructed. There are two typical application systems: emergency-lighting (discontinuous lighting) and emergency-signal (continuous lighting). The working law of the systems and the parameters of the outdoors key devices have been demonstrated.The emergency lighting IC designed in this thesis reach all the requirements of the national standard for the emergency lightings and need few outdoors devices, so it keep ahead in the technical level in China.
