【摘要】 由于工程项目的复杂性、长期性和动态性特点,任何工程承包合同都不可能预见和覆盖项目实施过程中所有的合同条件的变化。因此对于建筑工程项目而言,工程变更是不可避免的。通过对我国工程变更管理现状的分析,归纳目前工程变更管理存在几方面的问题:工程变更处理的程序有待完善与改进,项目实施阶段工程变更管理组织责任不明确,对变更价款缺乏有效的控制,工程变更合同条款有待完善。本文首先介绍工程变更及变更令的基本理论,在此基础上对现行工程变更处理程序进行优化,明确工程变更管理的组织责任,提出对工程变更进行分类控制。通过对变更程序及变更组织责任的深入的分析,引出本文的核心内容:工程变更价款控制及工程变更合同条款的完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of the characteristic of construction project such as complexity. long period of time and dynamics, So any project contract can not predict and cover the change of all contract terms in the project constructing course . For construction project, change is unavoidable.This text first analysize the current situation and the existing problem of project management.
