【摘要】 供应链的协调，指通过多种措施来降低成本，减少库存，降低缺货风险，建立内部节点企业也更满意的协作关系模式，共同努力来达到供应链管理的目标。通过对供应链的协调，有利于降低供应链成本和减少供应链风险，并且提高从终端客户到上游供应商各个节点的整体满意度。本文研究的目的在于结合实践情况来分析各种措施对供应链协调的效果，从而加强大家对供应链协调的进一步认识并能将相关措施应用于实践工作。 本文首先介绍了供应链相关理论以及虚拟企业V公司的供应链状况，然后分析了供应链协调的原因，障碍，缺乏协调的后果和以及协调供应链的相关措施，重点结合V公司的多级别供应链的实际情况，将数量折扣方案对供应链协调的影响进行了全面深入的案例分析，对V公司供应链管理中的协调问题提出了解决思路：首先，从供应链设计和调整着手来建立协调的供应链，第二，采取相关和约措施(数量折扣和约，保密协议，商务协议，品质保障协议)保障和建立紧密的供应链，第三，从建立战略联盟关系的思路来协调供应链。 在进行数量折扣对多级别供应链协调作用的分析过程中，本文在库存理论的基础上，提出了多级别供应链情况下经济采购批量Q*scm的理论计算方法(4-4)以及多级别供应链净利润的计算公式(4-7)，有助于以后对多级别供应链协调进行进一步研究和财务绩效评价时提供相应依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The coordination of SCM, means using many methods to cut down cost, minimize the stock, and release possibility of the shortage risk, and also build up a more satisfactory cooperation relationship between the internal companies of the SCM and archive the objective of the SCM. By the way of SCM coordination, will help the SCM itself to get a lower cost and also minimize SCM risking, and also improve the satisfactory from top to bottom companies in the SCM. The objective of the article is to analysis the actions of improving the effect of SCM coordination in practice, then helps us to have a better understanding to SCM coordination and also use it in our work.Starting with introducing the theory of Supply Chain and then analysis the SCM situation of the visual united company V, Then analysis the reason, obstruct and consequence of SCM dis-coordination and then give some actions, here combined with the actually situation of multi-level SCM of V company, the thesis has a deep analysis and case study the effect between the quantity discount and SCM coordination, and give SCM coordination solution for V company: Firstly, redesign and adjust the current SCM, Secondly, adopt some contract/agreement action (quantity discount agreement, non dis-clousure agreement, quality agreement etc) to tighten the SCM relationship legally, Thirdly, set up cooperate relationship with the cooperators in the SCM to coordinate the SCM。During the course of analyzing the relationship between quantity discount and SCM coordination, on the base of stock theory, in the thesis bring up a format to how calculate the Q*scm (Economic purchase quantity), and also the format of calculating the net profit of the total multi-level SCM, which will be useful to the advanced research for the coordination and financial performance of multi-level SCM in future.更多还原
