【摘要】 信息化投资的“黑洞”现象,使得如何有效提高企业信息化项目的成功率成为目前管理学者和企业家们迫切需要解决的问题。实践证明,在很大程度上项目管理能力的高低直接影响了项目的成败,但目前有关企业信息化绩效评价的研究尚还没有成熟的研究成果。因此,深入分析与研究企业信息化项目管理绩效评价,不仅能为信息化建设向标准化和规范化的方向发展提供比较好的理论支持,而且其研究的成果也将对现在和将来的信息化建设实践都具有一定的实用价值。本文首先扼要介绍了研究的背景,以及目前国内外研究现状,指出了本文研究的意义所在。然后,界定了企业信息化项目管理绩效评价相关概念的内涵,分析了企业信息化项目管理绩效评价的理论基础,如KPI考核理论、项目管理关键成功因素的研究、项目管理生命周期理论、有关项目成功标准的理论。基于KPI的考核思想,结合企业信息化项目管理的关键成功因素,从企业的角度出发,构建了企业信息化项目管理绩效评价指标体系,从过程和总体两个角度来分别进行衡量。接着提出了基于结构方程模型的验证性因子分析技术和模糊综合评价法相结合的项目管理绩效评估方法,模糊综合评价法是该方法的主线,结构方程模型的验证性因子分析技术应用于确定评价指标的权重。再接着,提出企业信息化项目管理绩效评价的模型,设计问卷,对所选择的样本进行描述性统计,信度和效度的检验,运用LISREL模式的评量标准(基本适配指标,外在品质,内在品质)验证研究模型,对其进行实证分析。并根据实证研究的结论以及分析提出了提高项目管理绩效的具体对策与建议。最后,本文将企业信息化项目管理绩效评价的理论,应用于涟钢的ERP项目,并根据评价结果提出的相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of the informatization investment "black hole" make it need to be solved urgent at present to enhance the success ratio of the enterprise informatization project effectively for the scholar and the entrepreneurs.The practice proved that, the project management ability has directly affected the project success or failure in the very great degree, but at present the research on the evaluation of enterprise informatization performance still did not have the mature research results.Therefore, thorough analysis and research enterprise informatization project management performance evaluation, not only can develops for the information construction to standardized and the standardized direction provides the good theory support, moreover its research achievement also all will have the practical value to present and the future information construction practice.First,this paper mainly introduced research background, as well as the present domestic and foreign research situation, pointed out the significance of this paper .Then, the limits enterprise informatization project management performance evaluation correlation concept connotation, has analyzed rationale of the enterprise informatization project management performance evaluation, such as KPI inspection theory, project management critical success factor research, project management life cycle theory, related project success standard theory. Based on the thought of KPI inspection, the union critical success factor of enterprise informatization project management, constructs index system of the enterprise informatization project management performance evaluation, separately carries on the weight from the process and the overall two angles.Then proposed the project management performance evaluation method based on the confirmation factor analys of the structure equation model and the fuzzy synthesis evaluation. Fuzzily synthesizes evaluation is this method master line, the confirmation factor analysis technology of the structure equation model applies to the determination evaluation target weight. After that, this paper proposed the model of the enterprise informatization project management performance evaluation, design asks the volume, carries on the description statistics of the sample which chooses the letter and an effect examination, used the comments’standard of LISREL (basically suitably to match target, external quality, intrinsic quality)to confirms the research model, carries on the real diagnosis analysis to it.
