煤矿提升绞车设计与优化
Design and Optimization of the Lifting Winch for Coal Mines

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了提升绞车的工作原理,分类及性能要求,根据用户提供的技术规格和设计参数,提出了提升绞车的总体设计方案。以JTB-0.8*0.6A型矿用绞车为例,着重说明了行星轮系调速系统的设计,确定了行星齿轮调速机构的各部分结构尺寸,并对箱体进行了设计。根据提升系统的基本要求,对滚筒的强度、受力进行了分析。对行星调速机构进行了结构设计以后,作者总结和提出了基于UG的行星调速机构三维特征造型系统及参数化设计系统,重点研究了行星调速机构特征参数化及其实体三维造型。然后运用ANSYS对提升机重要部分的行星轮系进行了受力分析,根据计算结果,发现太阳轮轴和行星架的轴肩处、齿轮边与轴的接触处以及轴承边与轴的接触处存在应力集中的现象,这些结论对轴的结构设计起到了指导作用。再利用MATLAB优化工具箱建立煤矿提升绞车的调速器和提升机构的数学模型,并对其进行体积最小与中心距最小的优化。通过优化,对各优化结果进行了比较分析,得出优化设计后传动齿轮与轴的总体积比原来设计减少26.8%,中心距比原来减少了11.11%。可见采用优化设计,不仅节省金属材料,降低成本,使得产品的总体积减少,而且使设计参数达到最优值,将会提高产品的竞争力。
【Abstract】 Principle, catalogue and requirement of the lifting winch for coal mines are introduced simply. Based on the requirements and the parameters provided by the user, the total design idea for the lifting winch is proposed. As a example, JTB-0.8*0.6A utilized in coal mines is designed. The design for the planet gear series is introduced in detail. The dimensions of all the parts of the planet gear series are determined. The box of the planet gear series is also designed. In order to force applied on the lifting winch, strength of the roller is calculated.Having finished the design for the planet gear series, UG is used to draw 3D figure of shift gear, and the parameterization design system is advanced. The characteristic parameters and 3D model of the shift gear are studied.And then, ANSYS is used to calculate the stresses of the planet gear series. It is founded from the numeric results that a segment of axis overlapped with side of gears or bears exists stress collection, these research results play a role of design for axis structure.The tool box for optimization is applied to build the math models for shift gear and the lifting mechanism of the coal winch, respectively. The minimum volume and the minimum distance between the centers are regarded as the objection of optimization. The optimization results are compared with the original, it is founded that the total volume of the deriving axis is 73.2% of the original and the distance between the centers is 88.89% of the original. It is obvious that the optimized production demands the less metal material and reduces the cost.
