【摘要】 在科学技术迅猛发展的今天,以经济增长为唯一追求目标的传统技术创新活动在促进经济快速增长、改善人们的物质和文化生活的同时,也造成了日益严重的自然生态危机和社会生态危机。如何消除传统技术创新的负面效应,使技术创新在追求经济效益的同时,兼顾生态效益、社会效益及人的生存和发展效益成为时代摆在我们面前的严峻问题。生态化技术创新的提出,反映了人们对解决目前影响人类生存和发展的自然生态危机和社会生态危机的迫切愿望。作为一种科学的技术创新观和新的生产方式,生态化技术创新必定孕育着人本伦理思想,同时也需要与之相适应的人本伦理为它服务,推动它全面、深入地实施。本文从剖析传统技术创新的伦理困境入手,力图从理论与实践相结合的角度,对生态化技术创新所蕴含的人本伦理思想进行论证,探讨生态化技术创新人本伦理的内涵和意义;分析生态化技术创新人本伦理的客观必然性,初步建立生态化技术创新人本伦理的框架模式;并从创新主体的道德自律、制度创新、文化教育等方面提出生态化技术创新人本伦理的建设途径;以期在理论上深化对技术创新理论的认识和拓展伦理学研究的新领域,在实践中以伦理的力量推动生态化技术创新的实施,为逐步消除传统技术创新的负面效应、贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会和创新型国家提供一条切实可行的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional technology innovation whose only aim is to pursue economical growth as a coin with two sides, on one hand, promotes economic growing fast and improves people’s material and cultural life. On the other hand, it causes more and more serious natural ecology crisis and the social ecology crisis. It is a stern question how to eliminate the negative effect of traditional technology innovation, and urge technology innovation to pursue ecology benefit, the social efficiency, human’s survival and developing benefit as it pursues economical efficiency.Ecology technology innovation’s statement, reflects people’s urgent desire that the natural ecology crisis and social ecology crisis which affect human’s survival and developing at present will be solved. As a kind of scientific innovation view and new production pattern, not only is the ecology technology innovation pregnant with ideas of the ethic based on humanity, but also its’ comprehensive implement must rely on the ethic based on humanity which is suitable for it.This paper beginning with analyzing tradition technological innovation’s ethic difficult position, demonstrates that the ecology technology innovation is pregnant with the ethic ideas based on humanity,and discusses the connotation and significance of the ethic based on humanity of ecology technology innovation considering the connection of theory and practice. It also analyzes the characteristics and inevitability of the ethic based on humanity of ecology technological innovation and preliminarily establishes the frame of the ethic based on humanity of ecology technology innovation. At last, it attempts to seek the way of constructing the ethic based on humanity of ecology technology innovation from innovation main body’s moral autonomy, system construction, culture and education and so on . One aim is to deepen understanding of technology innovation theory and to expand the new domain of ethics researches, Another aim is to impel the ecology technological innovation’s implementation by the strength of this ethic and to eliminate the negative effect of traditional technology innovation and to provide our country with a practical and feasible way of carrying out the science development view and constructing harmonious society and innovation country.更多还原
