长途交换管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 为了适应日趋激烈的市场竞争环境,并落实网通集团公司、辽宁网通省公司的指标评价体系,提高设备维护工作效率,实现维护工作无纸化,沈阳网通公司设备维护中心课题组按照国际电信联盟(ITU—T)M.3000、M.3010、M.3200等关于电信网管TMN的相关建议,开发了沈阳网通长途交换管理系统。本论文就是在此项目背景下完成的。长途交换系统由中心职能管理、技术档案管理、话务管理、运行维护管理、网络学院、公告与留言、新闻中心、系统维护八大功能模块构成,其中话务管理功能是最重要也是最迫切需要实现的功能。因此本论文主要论述了系统话务管理功能的设计及实现。话务管理功能是通过四个模块完成的:数据采集模块、当日指标模块、话务统计模块和实时告警模块。论文还给出了部分运行结果并对结果进行了分析。最后论文对应用前景进行了展望,对今后的改进方向进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 With the development of information society, the communication technologies have been changing with each new day by the astonishing speed. As a result of communication professional competition, many telecommunication companies, from traffic, service, fees and so on various aspects have launched the omni-directional competition.There are two national level 1 toll trunk switches, one national level 2 toll trunk switch and two national signaling relay HSTP in the equipment maintenance center of Shenyang CNC. at present. These equipments build up the tandem of northeast three provinces of circuit voice communication network, which connect outside DC1、DC2 switches which linking the switches outside provinces and in the province, the international switches in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and also connect inside thousands local switches and lower lever signaling relay LSTP. As the maintenance department of Shenyang CNC equipment , it must real-time monitor the varied case of the traffic, offer the accurate data of the varied traffic and varied traffic flow direction for the market department at any time, which could not be got from the switch directly. Liaoning Group Company and Provincial Company made the index of evaluation system to evaluate run quality of networks, which could not be got from the switches too. So far the data of the switch equipment is raw data. They could not be understood by unprofessional operators. Even for the professional engineers,it also takes complex handworks calculation to get the index data such as traffic, traffic flow direction and rate of connection. In order to improve the maintenance efficiency ,work paperless to realize the evaluation system by Group company and provincial company, get used to the intense market competed circumstances,according to suggestions of M.3010 M.3200 M.3000 on TMN by ITU, our team has developed the management system of toll switch.ASP technology, that is quite popular in the areas of website building, is used for toll switch management system. It makes the browser / server architecture integrated closely through IIS4.0 and ASP and constitutes a three-layer structure of the Web.
