【摘要】 临床护理路径作为一种先进的质量效益型护理管理模式,在发达国家普遍推广适用,对于贯彻整体护理理念、降低平均住院日、增加床位周转次数、减少平均住院费用、提高医院经济效益和社会效益、规范护理行为、增进病人满意等有着明显的效果,符合我国“低成本、广覆盖”的卫生改革政策;同时,临床护理路径的实施,也对医院运行体制、传统习惯、服务理念等提出了全新的要求。因此,医院管理者在推行临床护理路径时要勇于创新、充分循证、系统培训、合理安排,才能充分发挥临床护理路径在医院护理管理中的积极作用。本文综合国、内外相关研究成果,对我国目前护理的发展趋势、存在问题、临床护理路径的特点、实施流程、应用效果以及影响因素等方面作了细致的分析、探索,以期为临床护理路径在我省的适用、推广,提高医疗护理质量与效率,解决居民“看病难,看病贵”问题,构建和谐医护患关系提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP), an advanced nursing management mode, prescribes the range of medicine and medical examinations utilized, so as to achieve the purpose of the use of reasonable medicine and medical check, the control of medical fee and the avoidance of the waste of medical resources. It is also helpful in carrying out nursing notion, regulating nursing activities, decreasing the number of days spent in hospitals, diminishing the fee for in-hospital treatment, increasing the economic and social benefits of hospitals, enhancing the patients’degree of satisfaction, and it also fits the“Low cost, Wide coverage”principle of our country’s medical reform; meanwhile, the execution of CNP will also pose new demands on hospitals’executive system, traditional practices, and nursing notion.The overall purpose of our country’s medical reform is to make the hygiene cause of high quality and highly efficient, and bring convenience while diminish cost for the patients. So hospitals have to strengthen the management of nursing quality, diminish the cost for in-hospital treatment on the basis of maintaining and improving nursing service, decrease the time spent in hospitals, save hygienic resources, increase the ratio between benefits and costs, so that they will provide a cheap, excellent and efficient nursing service, and remain competitive in the medical market.Jilin Province has such features as large population, lack of hygienic resources, comparatively low income, and patients have difficult in paying their medical bills, at the same time, there is also the surge of medical cost and fee.
