复合阻垢缓蚀剂在电厂水处理中的应用

【摘要】 采用低磷、高阻垢性、高缓蚀性配方的缓蚀阻垢剂处理电厂循环冷却水,能有效地控制系统的结垢和腐蚀。通过动态阻垢筛选试验对六组改进配方进行筛选,发现5#和1#水质稳定剂对水中成垢离子具有极强的螯合力,对成垢晶体和固体颗粒具有很好的分散性能,是一种比较适合电厂水质使用的高效复配型水质稳定剂。经过两次动态模拟试验,在相同条件下对比分析两种配方的优劣。再通过挂片试验和电化学试验,最终确定5#配方为研究中的最佳配方。

【Abstract】 Using the corrosion-scale inhibitors with low phosphorus, high scaling, high corrosiveness to treat the circulating cooling water can effectively control the system scaling and corrosion, select some better combinations from six improved groups through the dynamic screening experiment, we discovered that 5# and 1# water quality stabilizer have the greatly strengthened chelation to the filthy ion and have very good dispersible performance to the filthy crystal and the solid particle, so it is one kind of highly effective-duplicate matching water quality stabilizers that quite suit water quality which be used in the power plant. We carried on two dynamic simulation tests and the quality of two kinds of prescription under the same condition were compared and analysed. And then carried on slice test and electrochemistry test.The 5# was confirmed as the best prescription finally.
