便携式多通道肿瘤细胞调亡参数检测系统研究

【摘要】 ISFET是基于MOS结构,用于生化参数测量的传感器。论文研制的多参数生化检测系统采用具有不同的敏感区域的ISFET传感器,达到多参数测量的目的。多参数生化检测系统具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、所需样品少、检测时间短、测量范围宽等优点。 本文阐述了生化检测系统的基本原理和便携式仪表的一般设计原则,并介绍了一个用于针对肿瘤细胞凋亡参数检测的多参数生化检测系统。本系统以AT89C52或TMS320LF2406为核心来控制采样,换算,显示,存储和按键操作,包括传感器,多路选择电路,前级电路,A/D转换,控制器,电源,通讯控制电路,PC机监控软件,数据库,打印机,显示器,键盘等部分。结构紧凑,具有良好的可扩展性。测量过程实现了计算机监控,并能够将全部实验数据以图形方式显示和自动保存在数据库中,并随时导出至Excel电子表格。 便携式无标记肿瘤细胞凋亡参数检测微系统样机,已在山西长治医学院附属和平医院(三甲医院)和中山大学基础医学院完成临床试用工作,得到微传感器及系统方法与现有医学检测方法(病理组织学和流式细胞仪)的临床对比结果基本相符。本论文以肿瘤消退及评价疗效为研究对象,研究了生化检测系统的原理和设计方法,为863项目“肿瘤细胞凋亡参数检测微系统实用化研究”建立了一个实用的、可扩充的测试系统,对判定肿瘤消退及评价疗效具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 ISFET is based on MOSFET structure and used to measure biochemical parameter. The multi-parameter biochemical measure system uses ISFETs which have different sensitive area to realize multi-parameter detection. It has high sensitivity and high stability. The system can detect biochemical parameter through little sample rapidly.This paper describes the principle of biochemical measure system and the rules of designing pocket instrument. A multi-parameter biochemical measure system used to detect TNF-related Apoptosis-induced Ligand(TRAIL) is introduced. The system consists 8 sensors, a DSP or MCU, a circuit for selection and transform, a A/D convertor, a power supply module, a monitor software on PC, a printer, a display and a keyboard. The whole process of measure is monitored by PC. All the experiment data can be displayed by graphics and saved in database.A multi-parameter biochemical measure system we developed to detect TNF-related Apoptosis-induced Ligand(TRAIL) has been used in Affiliated Hospital of ChangZhi Medical College and Basal Medical College of Sun Yat-sen University practically. The detect result was accord with present detect method. We have completed the "863" project "The research for practical use of TNF-related Apoptosis-induced Ligand measure system" and developed a A multi-parameter biochemical measure system that could be used practically. The system is very promising.
