【摘要】 在我国高等教育事业的发展中，高校期刊群体在促进学术交流，推动科研发展，培养科研人才等诸多方面做出了有目共睹的贡献。随着我国从计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转型，以及高等学校内部管理体制改革的推进，如何对高校期刊群体管理进行适当的改革和创新，以适应新形势的需要，进一步促进高校期刊群体的发展是高等学校遇到的一个新课题。 本研究在查阅国内外关于高校期刊管理研究文献的基础上，对教育部部属高校期刊群体管理开展了问卷调查，对高校期刊群体管理进行了理论分析与政策研究。描述了高校期刊群体发展的现状，对高校期刊群体发展的影响因素做了归纳。通过调查和访谈，选取了发展较为典型的吉林大学、武汉理工大学等高校期刊群体进行了个案研究。最后分析了高校期刊群体发展的管理模式改革的目标，提出了高校期刊群体发展的管理模式改革的原则，对高校期刊群体管理改革的对策进行了思考。本研究的成果可为高校期刊管理改革政策制定提供参考。 论文共由五章构成。 第一章“前言”，介绍了高等学校期刊群体管理创新的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容、研究现状和研究方法，对国内外文献进行了综述。 第二章“高等学校期刊群体管理模式的理论研究与政策研究”，运用现代管理理论、公共管理学、高等教育管理理论分析高校期刊群体的属性，研究了我国期刊业的政策和高校在期刊管理方面的政策对高校期刊群体管理的影响。 第三章“高等学校期刊群体管理的现状研究与影响因素分析”，通过对问卷调查的分析，弄清高校期刊群体发展的现状及存在的问题，从国家、高校、期刊本身三个层面对影响因素进行了归纳。 第四章“高等学校期刊群体管理的个案研究”，以吉林大学、武汉理工大学期刊群体管理为对象，进行了全方位的分析研究，总结了经验与不足。 第五章“新形势下高等学校期刊群体管理模式的完善”，对高校期刊群体发展的目标进行了研究，提出了高校期刊群体管理的原则，对新形势下高校期刊发展的对策进行了思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the development of higher education in our country, the university periodicals have made great contributions which are obvious to all in promoting academic exchange, impelling the scientific research development and training the scientific research personnel and so on. The economic system of our country has changed from planned economy system to socialist market economy system. How to carry on the reform of university periodical management and make further progress in new situation is a new topic, which universities should deal with.At the beginning of this research, domestic and foreign research literatures about the university periodical management have been consulted. Then we carry on a questionnaire survey about periodical community of the Ministry of Education subordinate university. Based on these preparations, we carry on the theoretical analysis, the policy research about it and describe the present situation of university periodical and induce the influencing factor. Through investigation and interview, we select Jilin University, Wuhan University of Science and Technology as our research objects to make document research. Finally we research the reform goals and principles and ponder over the countermeasures. The achievements of the research can provide references for establishment of the university periodical management reform policy.This dissertation is composed of five parts.The first chapter is "The foreword", introducing the research background of university periodical community management’s innovation, the research significance, the research content, the research present situation and the research technique. A summary has carried on the domestic and foreign literatures.The second chapter is about "Theory and policy research on university periodical community management", using the modern management theory, the public management science and the higher education management theory to analyze the attribute of the university periodical community. Then the influence of periodical industry policy both in our country and in the university is studied.The third chapter is about "Research on the present situation of the university periodical community management and the influencing factor analysis". It states the present situation and the existent question of university periodical community management basing the analysis to the questionnaire survey, and the influencing factors have been induced in three ways: national, the university and the periodical itself.更多还原
