【摘要】 本文主要立足于实证研究，以定性研究为主，结合部分定量研究，对中国出口俄罗斯农产品前景进行了分析。 文章首先分析了中国对俄农产品出口的贸易结构，指出中俄农产品贸易规模逐年增加，结构不断调整，中国几乎所有的农产品都存在对俄贸易优势，但是这种优势逐年递减，中俄农产品贸易存在着一定互补性。 随后分析了俄罗斯农产品进口地理方向的改变，并对中国在俄罗斯农产品市场上的竞争对手进行了分析，指出俄罗斯农产品进口市场竞争激烈，贸易流向有从传统的欧美向亚洲及南美转移的趋势，短期内由于与美国及欧洲一些国家贸易相似度较大形成激烈竞争，长期内与贸易相似度低的北欧及南美国家形成竞争，因为这些国家与中国贸易相似度低是因为它们已经形成了对俄农产品出口强势品种，并且占据了极大的市场份额。 紧接着分析了俄罗斯农产品进口关税结构及俄罗斯农业政策变化对其农产品进口市场的影响。农产品进口关税方面俄罗斯对肉类、鱼类、水生动物及其制品等高端农产品采用了较高的进口税率；俄罗斯农业政策方面，俄罗斯国内市场化改革影响其农产品生产及进口，使其动物农产品的生产萎缩，进口增加；植物农产品的生产萎缩，进口也萎缩。在整个俄农产品进口市场上表现为肉、蛋、奶、糖、酒等高端农产品的进口增加。 最后指出中国对俄罗斯农产品出口很大程度上受俄罗斯农业政策变化的影响，对中国出口俄罗斯农产品的优势种类进行了分析，指出了未来对俄农产品出口应注意的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is mainly based on the demonstration research, combine with some quantitative study, basal on qualitative study, analysised the prospect of the agricultural product exported to the Russian from China.firstly, has analyzed the trade structure of the agricultural products that China exports to Russian , pointed out the trade scale increased each year between Chinese and Russian, the structure continual readjustment, and almost all the agricultural products has the trade superiority to russian, but this kind of superiority decreases progressively year by year, the Chinese and Russian agricultural product trade has the certain complementarity.Afterwards has pointed out the change of the geographical direction in Russian agricultural products import, and has carried on the analysis of the china’s competitor in Russian agricultural product import market , under the intensely competition, the trade flows to has the tendency changed from traditional Europe and America to Asia and South America, in the short-term , American and European are china’s competer in russian agricultural products import market because of the highly export similarity,at long-term Northern Europe and the South America country are the competer because of the low export similarity ,those country have already formed their strong prodouct, and occupied the enormous russian market share.The following closely has analyzed the influence to the Russian agricultural product import market by customs duty structure and the Russia agricultural policy change. At Agricultural product import customs duty aspect ,Russia has used the high import tariff to protect the meats, the fish, the aquatic animal department; at the Russia agricultural policy aspect, the Russian domestic marketability reform affects its agricultural product production and the import, caused the production of the animal agricultural product withered, import increase; and The plant agricultural product production witherd, the import also witherd. At all, the Imports of the egg, milk, sugar, liquor contour end agricultural product import increase.Finally pointed out there are great influence on China’s agricultural product exportation to russian by the Russia agricultural policy change, analysised the superiority type on china agricultural product exported to Russian, had pointed out future question which should pay attention to at agricultural product export to russian.更多还原
