【摘要】 我国《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》已明确将自主创新确定为我国新时期的国家战略，希望能够发挥重点跨越，支持发展，引领未来的作用。目前，越来越多的人认识到，缺失核心技术和核心竞争力是我国经济的软肋，我国经济的高速增长是建立在资源消耗、环境污染和不可持续基础上的。因此，坚持自主创新，集成创新和引进消化创新，将是我国企业界今后相当长时期的唯一选择，非如此不足以支撑我国产业结构调整、增长方式转变和国际竞争力提升。 然而，对于已经习惯于享受政府产业政策保护，习惯于引进国外设备搞规模扩张的我国工业企业，要学习自主创新，发展核心技术，提升国际竞争力，应该如何变压力为动力以便迈出自主创新的第一步，如何不怕挫折勇往直前，如何在不断的发展中完善自己，直至将创新部署到全球各地?甚至在微观层面上，应该如何满足全球顾客的需求，提供高附加值的系统解决方案，如何利用世界先进方法开发新品，培育核心技术，如何以我为主，以国际合作为辅实施创新项目，如何培育创新文化，形成跨国拼搏锐气?这些都是横在我国工业企业面前的老大难问题，也恰恰是我国自主创新的典范深圳华为技术公司已经解决和正在解决的问题。因此，本文选取华为公司为研究对象，通过实例剖析提供思路，以为我国企业界参考借鉴。 本文采用英国管理学家玖·笛德(Joe Tidd)等的创新管理理论更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-relied innovation has been set as China’s national strategy nowadays in the Long and middle-run Plan for and Outline of the National Science and Technology Development. Hopefully this strategy can help the national economy sustain the sound development and leap forward over the present stage. With time passing by, more and more of the Chinese people have understood that shortage of core technologies and competence has apparently limited economic development. Our rapid-growing economy is based on consuming huge resources and polluted environment, which is not sustainable. So we should stick to self-relied innovation, integrated innovation and the innovation based imported and digested technologies, and this is the only way out. Otherwise the national industries can not be restructured, nor the growth mode improved, nor the international competitiveness upgraded.However, for those Chinese manufacturers long protected under the governmental policies and tending to expand productions with imported equipment and production licenses, such are hard nuts to crack as how to embark on innovation track, how to develop core technologies and how to upgrade their international competitiveness. What more are how to get started the self-relied innovation by converting their pressure to action, how to push through all the difficulties in the way, how to make progress更多还原
