【摘要】 艺术创作是艺术家能动地将自己已有的生活经验、艺术体悟、思想情感等诸多因素转化为一定具体行为过程或艺术实体的首创性行为。 在创作过程中每一位艺术家都有着自己的工作方式。寻找到一种适合自身表达的工作方式很重要。特别是在艺术判断标准模糊不清的今天，对其的探索与寻找可以让我们能更加清晰的表达自己的意图，也可以让我们避免陷入到一种对当下各种样式、流行的简单模仿中。这对于寻找自己的绘画语言，并最终形成自己的绘画风格都具有十分重要的意义。 本文大致包括两个方面的内容，一是对自己创作过程的呈现，以记叙自己寻求适合自身创作方式的过程。在自己的艺术实践过程中我充分体会到不同的创作方式所带来的不同的结果，发现只要是适合于自己的创作方式，都会让自己的创作变得非常愉快，并且这样的情绪会带入到画面中。创作方式是可以通过自己的努力对其做一定的调整的。比如，在我的创作过程中，在经过一段时间较为理性的创作方式而又感到不太满意时，我尝试通过做一些放松性的练习来做调整。在些练习中，我从一个与前一阶段相反的方式入手，追求创作中的一些偶然效果，体会自己在这种练习中的心理变化。通过这种一张一弛的练习方式，往往能激发自更多还原

【Abstract】 The art creation is a kind of spirit. It is an initiating behavior, in which artists turned theirs experiences of life, comprehensions of art, emotions, intelligences, wisdoms and others factors into a concrete action or a certain art forms.Every artist has theirs own working way in creation. It is very important to find a working way suitable for oneself expression. Judge standard smudgy a today in art, exploration and searching in its can let us clear expression own intention, and also can let us avoid of falling into various design instantly too, of the prevailing simple imitation. This for find one’ s own painting language, form one’ s own painting style have important meaning very finally.This text includes t two sections, first, appearing to one’ s own creation course, the course by way of narrating oneself and seeking to create by oneself suitably. I fully realize different resultses brought of different creation ways in the course of practising in one’ s own art, find that is suitable for one’s own creation way, will all let one’s更多还原
