【摘要】 香青兰Dracocephalum moldavuca Linn.为唇型科青兰属1年生草本植物，药用全草，主要分布于亚洲温带，少数延至中欧及北欧，多在高山及半干旱地区。它在维吾尔医和民间用于治疗冠心病及血液质旺盛(高血压)、寒性神经性头疼、寒性感冒、气管炎等疾病。为开发利用其资源，对香青兰进行GAP规范管理，本课题对香青兰药材的微量元素、化学成分及质量控制进行了较系统的研究。 本课题对新疆GAP基地香青兰药材种植环境进行考察，按照中华人民共和国国家标准，完成了对种植地生态环境的检测，其中，环境空气质量符合《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-1996)中的质量标准；灌溉水质、土壤质量所监测的项目基本符合《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)中二级质量标准及《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB5084—85)。并采用原子吸收光谱法测定新疆GAP基地香青兰药材中锌、铜、铬、铅、砷的含量。为香青兰药材中的Zn、Cu、Cr、Pb、As含量检测建立了一个较完善的科学质量控制和质量保证标准。 本课题对香青兰全草的化学成分进行了分离与研究，旨在得到香青兰药材中化学成分的对照品，为香青兰药材的质量控制打下基础。对香青兰中黄酮类化学成分进行分离、纯化，得到了1个黄酮类化合物，经鉴定为洋芹素(Ⅰ)；及一个三萜类化合物，经鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)。 为建立香青兰药材的质量标准，对新疆GAP基地十批香青兰药材干燥失重、水分、灰分、浸出物、重金属、砷盐、农残进行了分析研究；采用高效液相色谱法对香青兰药材中有效成分山奈素、洋芹素、异鼠李素更多还原

【Abstract】 Dracocephalum Moldavuca Linn, one species of genus Dra -cocephalum which belongs to family Labiatae, is traditional medicine having been used to treat coronary heart disease and hypertension in Xinjiang autonomous region. This species is widely dis -tributed in the temperate zone of Asia and the alpine semiarid zone. In order to exploiture Dracocephalum Moldavuca Linn, the thesis studied on the microelement and chemical constituents and quality control.The sample of air, soil and water of Xinjiangcounty were analyzed, the results show that their qualities are much better than the national standard set by the Quality Control Standar on Production of Medicinal Herb.In this paper, a lot of textual research and trial work have been done. The analytical methods of microelement such as zinc, copper, chrome, lead, arsenic have been researched.
