基于粒子群优化算法的配电网络重构

【摘要】 配电网络重构作为配电系统优化运行的重要手段,具有十分重大的经济效益和社会效益。本文以一种新颖的智能优化算法——粒子群优化算法为基础,从新的角度对配电网络重构问题进行了研究。这无论是对配电网络重构问题本身的解决,还是对智能技术在新领域的拓展,都具有十分重要的意义。 配电网络重构是个覆盖面广泛的课题,涉及到多个方面的内容,如负荷预测、潮流计算、优化目标选择、搜索技术等等。本文着重研究了配电网络重构问题的搜索技术,同时在网络建模、拓扑分析以及潮流计算等方面也做了一定的探讨。 首先,提出了一种实用的带有拓扑分析及拓扑有效性判别的配电网络潮流计算方法。根据配电网络重构问题的特性以及本文研究的侧重点,建立了配电网络的简化模型。在此基础上,按照面向对象思想设计了节点类、支路类、层类和馈线类来动态地描述配电网络;借助图的遍历技术——广度优先搜索来识别网络结构的变化;利用配电网络的层次结构特性,改进基于支路电流的前推回代潮流算法,即分层并行计算各层次的支路电流和节点电压。 其次,提出了一种基于混合智能优化算法的配电网络重构算法。分析了粒子群优化算法早熟收敛的原因,借鉴了禁忌搜索算法的禁忌思想,将禁忌搜索算法的记忆功能和藐视准则融合到粒子群优化算法的搜索过程中,改善了粒子群优化算法的收敛性能。分析了配电网络重构问题不可行解产生的原因,利用图论的相关知识,改进了粒子群优化算法的位置更新规则,有效地避免了搜索过程中大量不可行解的产生。 再次,提出了一种基于改进粒子群优化算法的综合考虑网络重构和电容器

【Abstract】 Distribution network reconfiguration is the important measure of optimal operation of distribution systems, which may bring out great benefit both in economy and in society. The paper proposed a new approach for distribution network reconfiguration based on Particle Swarm Optimization which is a novel intelligent optimization algorithm. That is significant not only to solve the problem itself but also to develop the intelligent technology in the new field.Distribution network reconfiguration covers with many aspects, such as load forecast, flow calculation, optimum objective selection, and search technology. The paper emphasized on optimization technology study, and did some research on network modeling, topology analysis, and flow calculation.Firstly, an applied power flow algorithm of distribution network with topology structure identification was developed. Simple model of distribution network was build based on speciality of the problem and emphasis of the research. The node class, the branch class, the layer class and the feeder class were defined to dynamically show the distribution network. Bread first search strategy was employed to identify changes of topology structure. Hierarchy of distribution network was utilized to modify backward/forward power flow algorithm, which could calculate branch currents and node voltages in the same layer simultaneity.Secondly, a novel distribution network reconfiguration algorithm based on
