【摘要】 经济增长是在经济结构的不断调整和优化中实现的，而经济结构调整和优化需要通过产业的发展与产业结构调整来实现。新技术革命的兴起，给传统产业带来巨大的挑战和机遇。新技术革命的过程实质上就是产业结构不断调整的过程。当前，世界经济又进入了一个新的大调整时期，各国都在加快产业结构调整的步伐：一方面积极发展高新技术产业，推动本国高新技术产业化；另一方面用高新技术改造传统产业，促使传统产业焕发活力。世界范围内的产业结构调整既对我们构成了严峻的挑战，也为我们提供了更多的发展机遇。面对日趋激烈的国际竞争，我们需要把握时机对产业结构进行战略性调整，争取在新一轮国际竞争占据有利地位，以实现国民经济的更大发展。 在产业结构不断升级的过程当中，没有金融资本的介入，规模经济、技术手段的大规模更新等很难完成，产业结构的优化和升级也无法顺利实现。资本形成是经济发展的前提和动力，而资本市场作为储蓄向投资转化的媒介，已经成为现代市场经济中资本形成不可缺少的环节，对产业结构调整发挥着不可替代的作用。产业结构调整的动力来源于资源在不同产业之间的配置，而资源配置需要资本市场在其间发挥作用。通过资本市场，可以充分动员社会资金，有效的调动资源；同时，资本市场的功能，也在最大程度上满足了市场经济对资源优化配置的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economic increase can be realized through the restructuring and optimization of the economic structure. While, the economic restructuring and optimization need the industrial development and structure adjustment. The rise of the new technology revolution brought great challenges and opportunities to the traditional industries. The process of the new tech revolution is actually the process of the industrial restructuring. At present, the world’s economy has stepped into a new phase of restructuring. All the nations are accelerating their industrial structure adjustment. On one hand, they actively develop their hi-tech industries, and promote the industrialization of their own hi-techs. On the other hand, they try to use the new-techs to innovate and revitalize the traditional industries. The worldwide industrial restructuring has brought us both great challenges and more opportunities for our development. Facing the increasingly fierce international competition, we have to make timely strategic adjustment of our industrial structure, try to be in the upper hand in the new round of international competition, and realize the greater development of the national economy.In the process of the industrial structure upgrading, without the financial capital, it’s very hard to accomplish the overall renovation of the scaled economy and technologies, and realize the optimization of the industrial structure.
