【摘要】 随着商品经济的发展，楼盘开发的层出不穷，楼盘名称也日益成为社会生活及语言研究中引起关注的新现象。本文即开展了对现代汉语楼盘名称的语言文化研究。 本文以报纸和网络上出现的中国大陆各城市近千个楼盘名称为研究对象，其选取范围尽量做到广泛、有代表性，经过对它们的考察，试图从语言及文化两大方面对楼盘名称作系统的分析。 为楼盘命名从本质上说是为了适应开发商销售楼盘的目的，因此，虽然楼盘名称呈现出个体的千差万别，但其背后却隐含了许多共同的规律。从内容上看，不同楼盘名称的选词用词体现出一些共同规律；从结构形式看，楼盘名称的结构基本为“专名+通名”及“省略通名”的方式；而从命名理据来看，命名背后的汉语语言规律的制约尤其是汉民族传统文化及现代文化的影响也都不一而足地反映出来。 通过笔者的考察分析，发现为楼盘命名基本上涉及到命名的选词用词、名称的结构方式、命名方法以及文化、语音等对命名的影响，因此本文着重探讨了汉语楼盘名称的结构方式、选词用词、命名方法及楼盘名称的文化分析，力图对楼盘名称进行较为全面和更加深入的研究。同时对现实中存在的楼盘名称的规范问题也加以探讨，以期对现实社会生活中楼盘名称的创造和应用做出理论上的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of market economics and the commodity building, the name of the commodity building is becoming new aspect interested by social life and linguistic study. This paper studied the language and culture of the modern Chinese mane of commodity building.This paper take hundreds of name of commodity building emerged in newspaper and internet as the subject. The materials are representative and wildly selected. The author try to do systematic analyze on the name of commodity building through language and culture.The name for commodity building is for good sale, although the name are diverse, they are regular on the back, different words for naming is the same in body in content, from the structure, The structure are always special noun but from the reason of naming, the restriction of grammar rules, especially the effect of modern culture are obviously.The author found, the name for commodity building is mainly affected by words, structure, method and culture, pronunciation. This paper mainly discussed that case above, and tries to do comprehensive and deeply study. At the same time, the author discussed the standard of naming for commodity building, to do some theoretical work for it.更多还原
