【副题名】以合肥、芜湖汽车产业为例

【摘要】 经济全球化的今天,市场竞争已从企业发展战略向产业集群战略演化。产业集群通过集群效应显现出的竞争优势,日益受到关注,成为区域参与国际竞争的新生力量。本文在借鉴国内外关于产业集群研究成果的基础上,选举“竞争力”这一实证性较强的命题,利用汽车产业具有产业链长、辐射面广、对相关产业带动性强等特性,从生命周期的角度对安徽跨区域汽车产业集群的生命演化动力机制及集群竞争力的成长进行了初步研究,以期在区域非均衡发展战略背景下,为安徽实现跨越式发展提供理论参考。论文共分四大部分:第一部分(第一章至第二章)是本文的前言和理论部分。论文在回顾了产业集群相关概念、特征及其所产生的集群效应的基础上,重点分析了产业集群竞争力的涵义以及在萌芽阶段、雏形阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段到衰退或升级阶段五个阶段的演化特点。第二部分(第三章)是本文实证分析的基础。针对安徽目前产业集群发展方兴未艾,初具雏形的现状,对其产业集群的形成基础、发展特点及其类型、成因进行了论述,并就安徽产业集群发展所存在的根植性差、集聚度低、产业链不完整、缺乏竞争力等问题展开了讨论。第三部分(第四章至第五章)是本文的实证分析部分,同时也是本文的核心内容。论文在前三章相关理论介绍及研究区产业集群发展背景分析的基础上,以合肥、芜湖两地的汽车产业为例,通过对汽车产业发展方式以及安徽目前汽车产业发展的SWOT分析,结合案例地双核型空间结构特点、产业基础、汽车产业的特性以及产业链核心企业(江淮、奇瑞)的推动等方面对合–芜双核型汽车产业集群生命演化的动力机制进行分析。针对该集群目前从雏形阶段向成长阶段的演化,又进一步构建一个具有核心层、内部结构层和外部影响层的产业集群竞争力成长概念模型,并在此基础上建立一套层次指标评价体系,利用多层次模糊综合评判法对合–芜双核型汽车产业集群竞争力的成长能力进行定性与定量相结合的评价分析,为研究产业集群的生命阶段演化以及集群竞争力的成长奠定了定量化的理论基础,并进而提出相应的对策建议,为政府制定相关的产业集群政策提供了理论依据并具有现实的指导意义。第四部分(第六章)是本文的结论。主要对本文的内容进行总结,并提出了后期研究工作的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marking competition has evolved from the enterprise developing strategy to industrial clusters strategy under the background of economical globalization. Industrial clusters have shown its competitive superiority by means of the clusters effect and have become a newly emerging regional force to participate in the international competition, which followed with interest. This paper tries to use the study results of industrial clusters both home and abroad and chooses“competitiveness”proposition with strong demonstration. From the angle of life cycle the paper attempts to study the evolution of Anhui trans-regional automobile industrial clusters and growth of competitiveness on industrial clusters, which to hope provide theoretical reference for Anhui realization of leaping development under the background of regional unbalanced development strategy since the automobile industry bears the characteristics of long-chain industry, wide radiation and drive for related industry.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part (from Chapter One to Chapter Two) is the preface and theoretical part. On the base of the review on industrial clusters related concepts, characteristics and the effect of clusters, the paper puts an emphasis to analyze the meaning of competitiveness on industrial clusters and evolutional characteristics of five stages including sprout, embryo, growth, maturity and decline or rejuvenation of competitiveness on industrial clusters.The second part(Chapter Three) is the root of demonstrated analysis. It expounds the forming base, developing characteristics, types and reasons of industrial clusters aiming at the current position of Anhui industrial clusters, then discusses its existing problems such as bad embeddedness, lower congregation, incomplete industry chain and lack of competitiveness.The third part (from Chapter Four to Chapter Five) is the demonstrated analysis, which is also the core of the paper.
