酸性电焊条智能化专家系统的开发研究

【摘要】 构建了酸性电焊条智能化专家系统(WMPS)的总体结构,实现了原材料录入、焊条性能预报、质量管理和知识咨询等模块功能,并用Visual Basic编译Windows标准界面,便于使用,实用性强。 性能预报模块基于人工神经网络原理,以E4303酸性焊条为研究对象,跟踪实际生产过程,采集样本数据,以焊条(包括药皮和焊芯)原材料成分的Mn、C含量作为输入,熔敷金属机械性能作为输出,建立了反映焊条配方与熔敷金属机械性能之间映射关系的网络模型,采用改进后的BP算法训练网络。根据网络训练的结果可定量地进行焊条性能预报。研究结果表明:该模型预测的结果同实验值之间有很好的对应关系。 WMPS建立了完备的数据库系统,可以对焊条信息进行添加、查询及统计,为焊接材料的设计、生产和管理提供智能化手段,不仅适用于酸性焊条还可推广用于其它焊接材料的研究。该系统通过测试运行,效果良好。
【Abstract】 The frame of the expert system of acidity electrodes (WMPS) has been designed. There are four modules: material recording, electrodes properties prediction, quality management and knowledge consultation. A Windows standard interface has been developed with Visual Basic. It is very convenient and practicable.Based on the Artificial Neural Network, the E4303 acidity electrodes are studied in the electrodes properties prediction module. After tracing the production, the stylebook data has been collected. A mechanical properties prediction model for weld metal was built upon the production data. In the model, the content of Mn, C of electrode (including covering and core wire) are used as the input of network, and the mechanical properties of weld metal are used as output of network. In the research, a back propagation algorithm is used as a neural network’s learning rule. Based on the result of network’s estimating, the prediction of electrode property can be realized. The result shows: There are good correlations between the predicted results and the experimental data.WMPS has established the integrated database. It can add, demand and analyze the electrodes information. It offers an intelligent means to welding material design, production and management. It is not only suitable for acidity electrodes, but also for others. WMPS has been tested well, it can run effectively.
