纳米晶硫族化合物的制备、表征及性能研究

【摘要】 本论文结合液相法简单、快速、产物纯度高等优点,研究了用黄原酸盐作为前驱体,成功制备了分散性好的类球形Bi2S3纳米晶。通过选择适当的溶剂和反应条件,溶剂热法能够有效的控制产物的形貌。本文用乙二胺作溶剂,以硫脲和硝酸铋为原料,选择最佳反应温度140℃,反应时间18h,成功地制备了棒状的Bi2S3纳米晶。以硫脲和三氯化锑为原料,在140℃下反应18h成功地制备了棒状的Sb2S3纳米晶。用微波法,固相反应法,超声法等方法制备Bi2S3纳米晶。通过IR、TG、XRD、TEM等手段对合成材料进行结构和形貌的表征。并探讨了各种方法制备纳米材料的反应机理。
【Abstract】 The liquid phase method was used in this study to prepare highly dispersed sphere-like Bi2S3 nanocrystals with R-O-C=S(S)-Bi as the single-source precursor, which has a series of advantages, such as simple, fast and high purity of products. The morphology of the products could be controlled effectively by the solvothermal method if the proper solvents and reaction conditions were chose. Sb2S3 nanorods were successfully prepared at 180 °C for 3h with bismuth nitrate (Bi (NO3)3·5H2O) and thiourea ((NH2)2CS) as the raw materials, ethylene glycol as the solvent. Similarly, Sb2S3 nanorods were prepared with antiminy trichloride (SbCl3) instead of Bi (NO3)3·5H2O and other reaction conditions were unchanged. Many other methods such as microwave irradiation, solid state reaction, sonochemical method were also used to prepare Bi2S3 nanocrystals in this study. The products were characterized by IR, TG, XRD and TEM. The mechanism of formation of the products was discussed.
