网箱养殖海域亚硝态氮的时空分布规律及其释放机理初探

【摘要】 一般认为NO2-还原为氮的气态氧化物的速率很快,在海水中很少积累。研究中常用年平均值,季平均值或月平均值来表征水域中NO2-的浓度,往往掩盖了NO2-浓度在短时间和小范围内的较大幅度的波动。因此,在科学研究中人们常常忽视了NO2-在短期内变化对水产养殖对象的生态毒理学效应。本论文分别与于2004年7月(夏季)、10月(秋季)以及2005年1月(冬季)、4月(春季),对唐岛湾进行了4个航次调查,拟在了解唐岛湾海域NO2--N分布规律,同时采用实验室培养法测定了不同氧化还原环境下沉积物-海水界面间无机氮的迁移转化特征,并结合微生物因素分析了环境因子对NO2--N分布的影响,为探析NO2--N释放机理提供了科学的依据。1、唐岛湾NO2--N含量的时空分布及影响因素底层水NO2--N含量在各航次内差异不大,但季节变化尤其是秋季差异明显,底层水NO2--N平均含量表现为秋季>夏季>冬季>春季;NO2--N春季与NO3--N有显著正相关,与DIN显著正相关;NO2--N的分布受多种因素的影响,与T、DO、pH、S、COD和Chl-a之间具有不同程度的相关关系,只是随着季节的变化有所差异;NO2--N在DIN组成中的百分组成随季节的变化有所不同,水体中确有NO2--N存在,NO2--N养殖毒性不容忽视。表层沉积物NO2--N含量在各航次各站位间变化和季节变化都很明显,养殖区表层沉积物中NO2--N平均含量冬季>秋季>春季>夏季;夏季虽然NO2--N与其他N态均表现出一定负相关关系,但相关性都不显著,秋季表层沉积物中NO2--N与NO3--N显著的正相关,与NH4+-N、DIN均表现出极显著的正相关,冬季表层沉积物中NO2--N与NH4+-N存在极显著的负相关;表层沉积物NO2--N含量分布与POM%呈极显著正相关,本研究冬季表层沉积物NO2--N的分布与温度呈显著负相关,可能在一定程度上反映了反硝化作用的强弱,另外,冬季表层

【Abstract】 Generally speaking, the velocity of nitrite deoxidize to gaseous nitrogen is soon, and little accumulates in the seawater. The researcher commonly studies on year average, month average or quarter average, the nitrite concentration fluctuate in a short time and small range often be neglected. So the toxicological effects on the aquaculture that caused by nitrite concentration change in a short term often be overlooked. Four investigations went on in Tangdao Bay in July 2004, October 2004, January 2005, and April 2005.The nitrite concentration and distribution in the Tangdao Bay were discussed in this paper. During the laboratory incubation experiments, the transfer and transformation of inorganic nitrogen at the sediment-seawater interface in different oxidation environment were measured. At the same time, the impact of environmental factors on nitrite distribution were analyzed connect with the microbial factors.1. Temporal-spatial distribution of nitrite concentration and its influencing factorsThe NO2--N concentrations in the bottom water were little differences in every voyage, but differences in season changes especially in the autumn. The average concentration of NO2--N was in order of autumn>summer>winter>spring. In spring, there were positive correlation between NO2--N and NO3--N, NO2--N and DIN. As the season changes the distribution of NO2--N was associated with many factors, and there were different levels correlation between NO2--N and T, DO, pH, S, COD, Chl-a. The percentage of NO2--N in DIN vary with the season too, NO2--N do exist in seawater, the toxicity of NO2--N in cage culture area could not be ignored.The NO2--N concentrations in sediment were different in every voyage and season.
