摇摆式输送机模糊可靠性优化设计及动态仿真

【摘要】 摇摆式输送机作为一种传统的输送机械,适用范围非常广。本文利用模糊可靠性优化设计理论和虚拟仿真技术对输送机进行了新的设计,使其更好地适应工作要求。首先对模糊可靠性优化设计理论进行了详细的阐述与研究。模糊可靠性优化设计是在传统设计、常规可靠性与优化设计的理论与方法基础上,引入模糊设计理论和方法而形成的一种新型设计方法,也是对上述设计理论、方法的深化和发展。其次,利用该理论对摇摆式输送机三级斜齿圆柱齿轮传动机构进行了模糊可靠性优化设计。在全面分析摇摆式输送机减速器设计要求和工作条件的基础上,通过模糊优化设计理论与可靠性设计理论的结合,建立了以模糊可靠度为约束条件的减速器设计模型。论文阐述了通过最优水平截集法实现模糊优化模型向常规优化模型转化的方法,并采用最优水平截集法,利用二级模糊综合评判确定最优水平值,从而将模糊优化模型转化为最优水平截集上的常规优化设计。同时将MATLAB软件中优化工具箱的优化函数运用于模型的求解过程。阐述了运用MATLAB编程的方法,在此基础上,对机械零件模糊可靠性优化设计过程。再次,在详细介绍了ADAMS软件的基础上,对连杆机构进行了运动仿真。通过在ADAMS下的机构仿真,可以清楚的看到从动件的运动规律和运动特性,如果不符合设计者的要求,可以通过反复的修改动力学模型,在虚拟环境下模拟系统的运动,直到满足运动要求。这样可以在短时间内在不浪费材料的前提下,可以获得最优的设计方案。最后利用ADAMS/View的优化功能,在参数化各设计变量的基础上对该机构进行了初步优化设计分析。
【Abstract】 As the traditional conveying machinery, rocking conveyer is widely used. This article designed the conveying machine using fuzzy reliability-optimization design theory and the dynamic simulation technology to adapt the work requirement well.Firstly, the article analyzed and studied the fuzzy reliable-optimization design theory detailedly. The fuzzy reliable-optimization design method is a new method which introduced fuzzy design theory and method based on the theory and method of traditional design, conventional reliability and optimized design. It deepened and developed the above theory and method of design.Secondly, the article designed the three-level skewed tooth cylindrical gear transmission system on conveying machine using fuzzy reliable-optimization design theory. In the foundation of comprehensively anglicizing the design request and working condition, through the union of reliability and fuzzy optimized designing theory, it established gear model which took the fuzzy reliability as the constraint condition. The paper elaborated the method that fuzzy optimal model was changed to ordinary optimal model by cut sets was interpreted. Also it used the method of optimal level cut sets and two level fuzzy synthesis judgments to determination the optimal level. So, it changed the fuzzy optimal model to ordinary optimal model.Thirdly, on the basis of introduction of ADAMS software, kinematic simulation connecting rod was carried through. Kinematic disciplinarian and characteristic of driven part can be seen clearly through the framework simulation using ADAMS. Dynamics model can be perfected time and again until kinematic demand is satisfied. The best design project can be obtained in a short time without the waste of material using this method. Finally, the article carried out optimal design and analysis of the framework on the basis of parameter design variable using optimal function.
