【摘要】 交往需求是居住生活中的基本需要之一,特别是在城市化进程高速发展、城市住宅从开敞自然的住屋形式演变为高度密集的公寓楼的现代社会,邻里交往更成为人们沟通情感,舒缓情绪的方式之一。而居住区户外环境,正是邻里交往的物质载体,居住区户外交往空间设计的合理与否直接关系到人们交往的效果本文是从人交往需求的角度对居住区外环境设计提出要求,并进行分析研究给予设计对策。首先,论述了我国居住区环境建设的现状和存在问题,指出居住区环境设计中对人的交往行为的关注不足。其次,对人的交往心理、交往行为特征及交往空间特征进行了分析,通过分析总结出了交往的空间的一些设计原则,并在这些原则的指导下探讨居住区交往空间及交往空间构成要素的设计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The demand of communication is one of the basic requirements of the residence. In modern society, with the rapid development of urbanization, the dwelling houses have varied from open and natural houses to departments with high density. The contact between neighbors has become a way for people to communicate and release emotion. The outside environment of the dwelling house is the physical carrier of the contact between neighbors. The rationality of the design of outside environment is vital to the effectiveness of the mutual communication between people.This article studies and analyses the design of outside environment in terms of the demand of communication and then proposes the countermeasure. First, I discuss the actuality and existing problems in our environmental construction of housing area and point out the shortage of concern in environmental design of housing area. Then, I analyses the mental, behavioral and dimensional character of communication. Through analyses, I get some principle for the design of communication space. Under these principle, I discuss the design method for the element of communication space.更多还原
