【摘要】 本研究旨在通过对国内外跆拳道的起源、发展进行论述，对福建省跆拳道运动的现状进行调查分析，概括总结福建省发展竞技跆拳道的优势及其制约因素，提出福建省竞技跆拳道发展的对策，以期为福建省竞技跆拳道运动的快速发展提供理论与实践依据。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、统计法和逻辑法对福建省竞技跆拳道的现状进行调查。通过对省跆拳道队情况；各个基层跆拳道队历年参加省赛的情况；教练员、运动员、裁判员等竞技跆拳道人员类情况；经费投入、场馆器材、社会保障等竞技跆拳道经费类情况的调查分析。研究认为：福建省跆拳道运动的发展已有一定的基础，但目前在全国处在中低水平，省队竞技水平不高、经费投入不足、优秀后备人才缺乏是造成竞技跆拳道水平不高的主要原因。由于经费投入不足等原因遏制了基层培养跆拳道后备人才的积极性；教练员外交流机会少，对运动训练全过程仍只抓训练实践活动本身，科研能力不强，经验训练占很大比例；跆拳道比赛存在裁判不公的现象，裁判技术、思想作风是造成裁判不公的主要原因；没有建立人才储备机制，大量17岁以后可以出成绩的运动员流失社会：基层运动员的学习质量无法保证，造成了运动员无法提高技术水平、就业困难等问题。针对调查提出的问题，研究提出了：选择高水平的省队教练员是目前应当解决的首要问题；在加强跆拳道裁判员队伍建设，培养高水平的裁判员队伍的同时，与相邻的省(市)建立裁判员交流使用机制是一条可行之策；要充分利用高校的科研优势、场馆优势、人才资源优势，在高校创办高水平的跆拳道运动队：把竞技跆拳道作为一个重点项目来发展，在政策上予以倾斜，在经费上加大投入；从长远的发展来看，竞技跆拳道还应该通过培育市场来完善自身的“造血功能”等促进福建省竞技跆拳道发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study is intended to analyze the factors that restrict the sustainable development of athletic taekwondo in Fujian Province through the investigation into the present situation of athletic taekwondo in Fujian Province. And the causes of these factors will be found to put forward the fundamental countermeasures for realizing the sustainable development of athletic taekwondo in Fujian Province and to provide referential basis for promoting athletic taekwondo.The investigation into the present situation of athletic taekwondo in Fujian Province is carried out in the ways of literature search, questionnaire, interview, statistics and logic. The investigation covers the situation of the Team of Fujian Athletic taekwondo and their attendance at provincial matches over the years, the system setup of Athletic taekwondo match in Fujian, the information on the coaching team, players, and umpires; the investment and source of the expenses, stadium construction and training apparatuses and social security.The study shows that the athletic taekwondo in Fujian has a certain foundation, though, still at a low level in China. The major causes are the poor athletic quality of the Provincial Team, insufficient expense investment, and lack of good reserve of talent. The enthusiasm are kept within limits because of insufficient expense investment; the rare chances for the coaches to exchange with their opponents and the poor ability of their scientific research makes them focus too much on the practical drill and rely on the experiential drill; the poor technical and ideological quality of the umpires are mainly to blame for unjustness of judgment. There is a brawn drain of lots of potential players above 17 years old without a system of talent reserve. The poor quality of the grassroots players makes them still at their current level and hard to find work.In light the above problems found out through the investigation, the更多还原
